La atención del personal siempre resolviendo problemas de el hotel tienen muy poco personal para la cantidad de huéspedes

*ESTACIONAMIENTO COLAPSADO Y SOBREVENDEN HABITACIONES - INSEGURO SI VIAJAS EN AUTO*

Llegamos y *HABÍAN VENDIDO MI RESERVA.* Tuvimos que quedarnos la primera noche en otro lado. El chico de recepción nos ayudó y no descansó hasta reubicarnos al segundo día aquí, se lo agradezco.

El muchacho que nos llevó al estacionamiento en la noche fue muy amable, incluso cargó el equipaje hasta la habitación, pero se nota que *TODO EL PERSONAL ESTÁ MUY PRESIONADO Y CON MIEDO.* Los traen haciendo mil cosas a la vez, por eso descuidan detalles.

El problema grave es el estacionamiento:

Está saturado, lo usan como bodega y amontonan todos los coches. *MI AUTO SE QUEDÓ ENCERRADO.*

Nos levantamos a las 6:30 am para salir a las 7:00 am rumbo a CDMX. Nuestra idea era salir temprano para *MANEJAR CON LUZ DE DÍA EN LA CARRETERA, POR SEGURIDAD.* Por el coche encerrado no pudimos salir hasta las 8:00 am.

Perdimos 1 hora solo esperando a que movieran coches y buscaran al dueño del auto de enfrente. Y como el estacionamiento está lejos del hotel, al salir el sentido de la circulación te manda directo al mercado y pierdes otra hora dando vuelta. En total perdimos 2 horas de camino.

Tuvimos que manejar gran parte de la carretera ya de noche, justo lo que queríamos evitar, por su mala organización del estacionamiento.

El personal es amable y hace lo que puede, pero la administración sobrevende y tiene un estacionamiento que no sirve para huéspedes.

Pésimo hospedaje

La habitación es muy diferente a la promocionada en booking, estaba mal cuidada, alguien golpeaba la pared a muy tardes horas y temprano, igual habían loros qué desde las 5 de la mañana se ponían a cantar, difícil descansar así. La regadera no salía mucha agua y era difícil regular el agua caliente.

Excelente hotel para pocos dias
Pros:

Hotel bastante cerca del centro, cuenta con varios espacios comunes, como salas y lo mejor de todo, tienen 2 pericos y otros animales. Tambien cuenta con restaurante.

Cons:

Todo estuvo excelente, solo un detalle con la regadera que se desprendió la rejilla, pero vi que la estaban arreglando ese mismo dia.
