Been there multiple times. Not the best experience this time
Pros:

Called before hand asked for pack and play to be in room and it was…however not easy to set up. Someone should do that

Cons:

Guy at night not friendly. Called down to lobby no answer. Rooms felt damp. Fridge wasn’t working but was fixed once I told the friendly morning lady

Myself and family have stayed here before for family get together and was very nice. It definitely went down hill. The beds were absolutely horrible!! My other family members who had rooms, which were 5 rooms all experienced terrible sleep from the beds. I got there around 4:00. The person who checked me in wasn’t very pleasant. I paid for a suite and went to the room and wasn’t a suite. I call front office and advised. I went back downstairs and he seemed annoyed. I had to wait about 30 minutes before I was given the correct room. The a/c was horrible. Had to keep at 62 just to be comfortable.

Everything was good except Booking.com screwed up our booking.
Pros:

We did not like the breakfast. Fewer better quality items or even a resturant charge guest a breakfast fee $10 each.
