Nice atmosphere, safe parking.

Cons:

Our room was not available when we arrived 30 min after allowable check in time. We had to leave for an appt. so had to check in later. When we checked in later, we were given a room that was already occupied. We didn't get the King room we paid for due to that we were given a queen room.. Hair dryer didn't work. Air conditioner in the room sounded like a freight train. Fire equipment testing at 8 am. This facility charges a fee if you arrive too early, they should have given us money back for not having the room ready in time and also for not getting the correct room type after their check in mistake.

The property was clean, well located, and the general facilities were in good condition. The check-in process was also efficient and the staff was polite during the initial interaction.

Cons:

The reservation was made for two adult men with the expectation of two separate beds to ensure privacy and comfort. Regardless of whether the issue originated from the reservation system or not, the hotel should have proactively corrected the situation and offered an alternative room with two beds. Ensuring guest comfort and proper accommodation should always be a priority. Not addressing the situation or offering a solution was disappointing.

Typical, clean room. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was annoying. When we arrived around 9:00 the first morning, there was no milk of any kind. They said the truck did not show up (there was a supermarket 1/4 mile away). They were out of coffee and eggs, but those were refilled after 15 minutes. The second day was better - they had milk and coffee. Some of the standard breakfast items were again empty when we arrived.

It’s was a ok stay. They just need better cleaning
Pros:

Locations was good, it’s around plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was ok with quite a few choices. Lobby and bathroom lobby was very clean. Parking was great. Very quiet as well.

Cons:

The room was dirty especially the carpet and walls. The beds were not all that comfortable. You kinda sink into them.
