Great place to stay with very friendly staff
Pros:

The stay was very nice as usual BUT if people will be their w their dogs they need to clean up after them. the room in the corner had 2 dogs n the little one ( I assume the pile was mall) poop on the walkway to the grill . We grilled out twice while we were there. Its a VERY nice place to stay we usually stay 5 days . We ALWAYS get a deluxe room ( has a fridge & stove ) our couch was broke manager had it replaced with in a hour

The housekeeping staff did not follow through on issues that I had daily in the room. I'm not sure if the front desk staff was communicating with them or just ignoring my request.

Pros:

The property needs a litle bit of update, the person on the front desck was never there. I ask for bodywash ,Inever get it. also ask for beach towels and they never gave me one. The staff allowed people to put loud music in the pool area and let children jump in and out the pool. disterbing everyone in there.
On the good side, The location is great , it was very clean and secure to walk by. The free buss to la Olas Blvrd. drop you just near the hotel. the beach is walking distance.

Nice place!
Pros:

The hotel is nice! Three pools and a 3 minute walk to the beach! I would 100% rebook this place. I liked that I could use text message to talk with the front desk instead of having to walk to the desk.
