Great facilities and professional service at this central hotel in Hue
Pros:

Spacious rooms, a laptop-friendly workspace, a reading seat in the bay window, a bathtub, balcony, coffee and gowns ... the room had everything you may want for a comfortable stay. I loved that the pool was open until 10pm for some quiet night swimming. There are bars and restaurants, so food and drink are easy to get for most of the day and evening.

Cons:

The top restaurant/bar was closed the Saturday night I was there. It would've been nice to have a post-sunset drink up there.

Reception was on 3rd floor so didn’t feel welcomed- staff just checking people in and out and no reason to see staff for the stay because they were on the 3rd floor. Staff member in ground floor restaurant clearly not happy with me as i interrupted his lunch (he was sat in restaurant) to ask for some ice. Male staff member at reception on check out didn’t even say hello, just tool my key and i laid the bill. No customer service.

staff were helpful and allowed us to switch rooms when we accidentally let a lizard in through the balcony door.
