I loved the uniqueness of the lobby. The room was small but had everything one would need. I like the special touches like the shampoo and conditioner holders in the shower. I also liked that it was very clean.
The hotel is hard to find. Google maps took me to the wrong spot. The back entrance gives you a place to leave your car while you check in and get your bags secured. There are no signs in the lobby, coffee house/restaurant pointing you to the front desk. Not realizing I was parked in back, you have to walk all the way through to the front. It's rather confusing especially after struggling to find the place. You have to pay for parking and I chose the most convenient, the valet, since I wasn't going to venture out again.
Plants, location and clean environment.
Room was very spacious and bright. The bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was excellent; all the hallmarks of a good hotel! The staff was extremely kind and attentive and kind, they were able to accommodate an early check in and even dropped my letters in the mail. Thanks so much.
Decor/italian food. /coffee shop// vintage vibes modern twist
nothing
The room was nice.
Layout of the lobby was clunky and mostly felt like it was part of the coffee shop.
clean room
Great coffee shop and restaurant downstairs. Nice rooms.
Construction across the street started very early. No couch or comfortable chair to sit in the room. Just a table and chair.
Was a very comfortable Marriott-style room, very comfortable bed and lots of free coffee pods. Lobby was a social center with a coffee bar and lots of 20-somethings on their computers and a very lively Italian restaurant at night. Desk staff were both friendly and super efficient. In-room safe.
Window faced another office building, however, which some people wouldn't like.
Fantastic early 20th century bank building converted to terrific high ceiling rooms. First floor lobby-bar/restaurant-Spyware coffee cafe great to hang out
Convenient location downtown in remodelled bank building. Staff very helpful.
The amenities at the hotel are great. A short walk or run down to the river if you need to stretch your legs. A quick drive to the University of Minnesota if you need.
The rooms are clean and quiet. The building itself was a bank from the early 1900's, so it is very cool and unique. Cool coffee shop in the lobby area with some tasty breakfast options. It's a short 10 minute walk to US Bank Stadium. The hotel is connected to the skyway, so even on a bad weather day you can get around the downtown. The staff was great, friendly and helpful
upgraded to a larger room at no cost. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
The hotel was very nice had the option of a quick breakfast that we used a couple mornings. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. There was one staff (didn’t get his name) but always pleasant and helpful. He was rapt the front desk. Would definitely stay there again.
