In realtà il soggiorno non è avvenuto presso la struttura scelta al momento della prenotazione, ma presso un hotel a fianco.

Buongiorno
Quando ho eseguito la prenotazione nei dettagli oltra alla colazione c'era anche il parcheggio gratis.
Non è vero ho dovuto pagare 15 Euro al giorno per avere un posteggio.
La persona della reception gentilemnte mi ha fatto vedere che loro non hanno il parcheggio gratuito e di rivolgermi a Hotel.com dove ho fatto la prenotazione. Le indicazioni sbagliate al cliente COSTANO.

Belle hotel en apparence mais qui manque de rénovation à faire !! Les fenêtres en bois sont vieilles et usé, la facade arrière devrait être repeint car le peinture se décolle, la douche (qui est belle d'ailleurs) à fuit et on s'est retrouvé avec de l'eau partout et un tapis de sol gorgé d'eau qui n'a pas pu secher en 1 jour, les espaces sont étroit dans la chambre et salle de bain (on fait ses besoins la tête sur le meuble lavabo avec une barre pour tenir les serviettes devant nous qui est dangereux) et enfin surtout le parking n'est pas gratuit, on a du payer 15€ pour un espace sale, sans surveillance et donnant sur route !! Sinon point positif quand meme, beau hall d'accueil et espaces communs, belle facade côté entrée principale, belle vue depuis la chambre 322 sur la mer et piscine et tres belle piscine à bordure en verre transparente !!

Camera spaziosa e dotata di tutti i servizi. Unica pecca la porta della doccia che poteva essere posizionata meglio, infatti non è agevole uscire e entrare nel box.

The hotel is in a good position. However, it needs a lot of care and attention and in some places a very good clean. I have never been in a 4-star hotel where the bath-towels are full of holes, soap and shampoo in dispensers on the wall and water escapes from the shower making the bathroom flood and become dangerous.
Food was good but self-service, something which is ok for breakfast but in a 4-star hotel I expect table service for other meals; cutlery and glassware were often dirty. Members of staff, on the other hand, are very pleasant and helpful.

il peggior hotel nel quale ho soggiornato, è incromprensibile come possa avere 4 stelle.
Le zone comuni sono trascurate, in pessime condizioni di manutenzione e di pulizia ( dalla mochete delle scale, ascensore alla porta ingresso)
la colazione non certo da 4 stelle sia per qualità e per varietà.
la camera piccola, sporchi i muri, la mochete indefinita per sporcizia e macchie, il cavo dell'avvolgibile completamente sfilacciato e liso, polvere su ogni superficie, il bagno con macchie sui muri (siamo stati costretti a richidere intervento da parte della reception), il box doccia con calcare sui vetri e sul flessifibile con muffa abbiamo effettuato la doccia con le ciabatte.

UNICA nota positiva la ragazza che effettua il turno di mattina alla reception, che è stata accogliente sin dal primo giorno, alla quale abbiamo esternato tutte le nostre perplessita sulle condioni della struttura. in seguito alle nostre segnalazioni prontamente si è adoperata a far effettuare interventi almeno di pulizia.

Hotel is dirty and definately is not 4 star hotel! In the pool there are swimming insects and green algaes. Rooms are also dirty (layer of dust on the night lamp, wardrobe, behind bed). Moreover accordind to ranking standards 4 star hotel rooms should be at least 14 qm whilst they are 9 qm... another point is food. It is disaster - no fruits, scrambled eggs are awful, no good tea/coffee. Even water is not free for the dinner!
Value for money is not delivered. Even in 1 or 2 star hotels it is way cleaner and food is better. There are ants in the rooms and some insects walking close to restaurants. I have pictures which confirm all of the above statements. Wifi is not working at all.
No idea who gave this hotel 4 stars - to put it mildly it is HUGE misunderstanding!
p.s. The only good point may be dinners, which sometimes were quite good as well as restaurant staff is nice as well.

This is one of the many Hotels that has 4 stars, but actual level should be around 2-3 stars. The rooms are very small. We found the cleaning to be unsatisfactory (carpet floors were cleaned with a broom!). The pool and surroundings was likewise small, and situated in a place where buildings in many situations clouded for the sun.
On the positive side the hotel is situated close to the beach. The people serving in the restaurant are smiling and positive who gives you a good experience.

Typisch italienisches Hotel - stark auf Tourismus aus Russland ausgerichtet

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und exquisit eingerichtet. Leider ist das Frühstückbuffet in den letzten Jahren immer kleiner geworden. Auch bröckelt am ganzen Gebäude da und dort die Fassade ab. Aber das ist in Italien an der Adriaküste glaub in keinem Hotel anders.

Hotellet var intressant. Vi hade ett stort badkar i sovrummet?! 2 min promenad ner till stranden var helt Ok. Service och bemötande på hotellet var Ok. Det enda som vi kan anmärka på var att städningen var inte bra.

We went there on june 2012, here's the bad points:
-they as no parking, so a guy who work for hotel, pick u up and let park your car at 10 minutes by car far (near the highway).
-there are many other hotels in the neighboorhoods, with view on the beach.
-the room, small, has an hydromassage: near the bed.
-the price, its not cheap, considering the services and the hotel.

vI havde 10 gode dage på hotellet, som er belligende tæt på stranden. selve byen er en rigtig turistby og der er ikke de store oplevelsesmuligheder her.Hotel personalet var søde og utroligt hjælpsomme, parkeringen var 2 km væk, men der var aldrig lang ventetid på shuttleservicen, så samlet set en god oplevelse.
