Un vrai havre de paix au milieu de l’agitation de Tamarindo. L’hôtel est très joli avec sa piscine au milieu de la végétation, l’immense espace restaurant et le billard.
Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.
Le personnel est gentil et la cuisine plutôt bonne.
Location, monkeys visiting the mango tree, little oasis in the middle of the town, refreshing pool, kind stuff taking care of the property
We were greeted by about 40 mosquitos in our room, which we had to kill all otherwise we wouldn't be able to sleep. The security guard kindly offered another room, but we decided to stay and sort them out.

Really lovely escape from busy Tamarindo! A great place to stay and well located as so close to everything! The pool was a lovely tranquil place when you were done with the beach. It also had its own resident iguanas!

De badkamer kan beter maar zeker ok. Het hotel geeft een heel leuke beach vibe.
Het ontbijt is zeer simpel en kan veel beter. Geen variatie en weinig keuze.
Het zwembad kan beter worden onderhouden. Super mooie ligging maar nodigt niet but uit omdat het bevuild is door omluggense palmbomen
I love that you can walk out into a pool area surrounded by nature with birds singing and monkeys! The vegetation and flowers are well managed! So lush! Their food is great to. Minutes away from the beach and activities. Walkable which is number one for me! Love the staff - they’re the best!
Can’t think of anything!
The ambience at the hotel was very tropical, colorful and clean. I had the place to myself most of my stay (5 nights). I chose to have breakfast a couple during my stay, and it was good. Staff was very friendly and responsive and also helped me setup my airport transportation, which I overlooked when booking. Pillows were super comfy!
I wouldn't count the following as a negative since they can easily be rectified but, here we go. Pillows...while the pillows I found to be nice and soft and comfortable, the bed was super hard. I loved the cozy feel of the hotel but most people visiting are on vacation and some daily music would be welcomed by guests; 95% of the time there was dead silence except for the sounds of wildlife (which were very pleasant) but it was all I heard. No people, no music, nothing. The hotel could would def benefit with instrumental music in the background. I came here because the reviews mentioned it was a nice mix of quiet and smaller crowds, but it was more on the quieter side. I'm older but not boring.
I stay at Pasatiempo every time I’m in Tamarindo. It’s located right in the heart of town close to everything. The staff is always amazing and will make sure you have anything you need. The rooms are spacious comfortable and air conditioned, and the grounds are beautiful if you just feel like laying around the pool.
