The staff are excellent - very keen to make your stay agreable
Pros:

Loved the spa pool and garden. Loved the tranquility in the spa when they played the meditation music - unfortunately not all the time…

Cons:

No water fountains no mini fridge in the bedrooms

Piscine Hammam super pour se détentre
Pros:

Buffet déjeuner bien mais manque de choix (par rapport à d'autres établissements que j'ai déjà fait) après on trouve l’essentiel. Confitures maison très bonnes.

Cons:

Cousins trop petit, un drap housse sur le matelas qui n'a pas d'accroches sur les côtés du coup fait des plis et s'est gênant pour dormir, levé plusieurs fois pour le remettre en place.

Cons:

L'accès à la chambre.un ascenseur pour le 1er étage puis un long couloir pour prendre un autre ascenseur pour le RDC.La chambre donnant sur le parking en RDC et les accès employés. Réveil à 6h du matin à cause du bruit. Obligation de garder les rideaux fermés pour avoir un peu d'intimité.
2ème hôtel hôtel réservé par Booking ne nous donnant pas satisfaction pendant notre séjour. Très déçus nous ne réserverons plus via booking!

Bon séjour, quelques améliorations possibles.
Pros:

Personnel très gentil.
Accès spa.

Cons:

Lit trop dur, un sur matelas serait le bienvenu.
Deux oreillers par personne ferait monter d’un niveau le confort.
Dans la piscine une lampe détachée reliée à un câble électrique, cela n’est pas très rassurant.
Les chaussons qui ne sont plus fournis.
