I was very disappointed with my stay. Traveling with 3 toddlers and being moved 3 times was ridiculous.

The rooms were very dirty. Seems like they are not kept in check. Sofa bed did not work. Floors are not vacuumed at all. Sheets/bedding are not properly washed. Cleaning products were left behind.

The pool , the space .

Cons:

Breakfast was so blend , the eggs where always undercooked, they had the same thing every day . The juice/coffee machine didnt work and when i said something it wasnt fix . The restroom i got had broken tile , the roof had a wood wall like it had a leak and wasnt properly fix , there was no soap/shampoo. The restroom was dirty -.- , really wished it was better .

I will not stay here again.
Cons:

Roaches in my room, dead bugs on wall, other bugs in the room. Could be bed bugs. Stains on the sheets. Damaged mirror. No towels at the pool. Asked multiple times. Breakfast was horrible and too many people.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay there, and the location is very convenient to the highways.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Seven or eight cars were broken into our first night there. My car wasn’t broken into, but it was very nerve-racking to stay there the second night.

My car was broken o to & so was many others.
Pros:

I did not like anything

Cons:

My car was broken into along with ten other vehicle. Property manger knew that it was a reoccurring issue but didn’t care to let anyone who is booking know that. Stains on sheets. & when I tried getting my one night stay covered for my trouble he fought with me on it. One of the worst customer service i experienced. Please do not book here.

The door handle to the room was loose and didn't have a bar to close from the inside and can use a safety mat in the restrooms

Dirty bathroom with mold. No extra pillows when asked. Phone in room didn’t work so we could call front desk. Breakfast

Dirty, didn’t have enough towels. Asked for more at 8 P.m. and was told they were dirty and would be at least an hour before they were cleaned. They were going to bring to our room but never did.
