clean, great location
Air conditioner was very loud, woke me up several times at night.
The ice machine in fridge couldn’t be turned off, it was dropping ice once a while.
Overall too noisy, even though I had ear plugs, still woke up many times.
Cleanliness, spacious, quit
The a/c, when it came on ,it sound like a biker gang drive by
They have a great breakfast
The beds in our unit were not as comfortable as a prior stay
Very well kept and clean location

The staff was nice.
Pool area smelled bad and our room door would shut but you could still see through.
It was fine. I didn’t like my first room, the windows faced a concrete wall, but the front desk woman relocated me. She was the best!

The Residence Inn College Station is our first choice when traveling with our dogs to College Station. The management and staff are very dog friendly and genuinely kind and helpful. Managers Eddie & John have been there for years and have helped us through busy TX A&M weekends. Front desk staff, especially Martha, always work accommodate our requests and try to put us in a quiet room, which we greatly appreciate. On this stay, Martha provided holiday treats to our dogs upon check in! Mark also greeted our dogs with treats during early morning outings. Our one bedroom suite was worn but exceptionally clean and fully stocked with dishes, flatware, coffee, toiletries, and cleaning products. Guadalupe M. does great job in housekeeping! The bed was very comfortable, and everything in the suite worked just fine, despite the worn appearance. Breakfast was great — lots of healthy options, including fresh bananas, apples, and oranges. Yenni impressed me with her attentiveness to food sanitation requirements. She is always kind and accommodating!
This is a 5 star review based on the kind and attentive staff. The Residence Inn College Station is an older property that could stand a hard refresh, but we love staying here! It is well- lit, within walking distance to several great restaurants, and backs up to a residential neighborhood where we can safely walk our dogs. We’ll definitely be back!
We were in town for a family gathering. since classes were not in session at TAMU, the hotel and own were not crowded. The desk clerk applied my Marriott member number to our stay and even upgraded our room without being asked. The service was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable as usual (I have stayed here before). I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
The fire alarm went off multiple times during the night due to system malfunction. This also made the elevators inoperable. The night manager stated that this has been an ongoing problem with the system and not a one-off incident. The hotel only had 1 staff member on overnight and no way to fix the problem.
Lots of damages— ceilings, broken towel, and toilet paper holders. Carpets smelled like dog urine., Shower, difficult to adjust, hot and cold
This was a great stay for one night while in town to visit Santa’s Wonderland. The property itself was easy to find off the highway with ample parking. The location was great with many shopping and food options located nearby. The hotel room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was just okay, with a few hot and cold items.
The rooms., great service all around specially the lady in the kitchen during breakfast, really nice and helpful and polite.
Everything was good. The only thing that we didn't like is that one of the TV in one of the rooms didn't work and we had no bodywash in one of the bathrooms. Last there was a weird odor or smell in the hallway.
The clean room, awesome staff and great breakfast.
