Pros:

Nicely renovated rooms, great location to ski resort

Cons:

Cons:

Train going past all the time was very loud, no a/c so had to have the window open and it was loud.

Staff came knocking on the door 10 minutes before checking out, never had that before

Pros:

The space was so comfortable and we loved the outdoor hottub. Also the staff were super helpful. Thank you! We'll be back!

Convenient & clean but hot & noisy
Pros:

Loved the clean rooms and the hot tub
Comfortable beds

Cons:

The room got uncomfortably hot at night even though the heating was off. We cracked the window but this meant the noise of the passing long freight trains was unbearable too! None of us slept very well which was a shame because the beds were very comfy

Also- no kettle in room but tea bags provided…

Pros:

I LOVE this hotel, I stayed a year or so ago during the renovations and the rooms are BEAUTIFUL. The beds are super comfy, location and parking is easy to find and access. The check in/check out procedures are all keyless and don’t require any visits to front desk!

Spacious suite and comfie beds made a great stay!

Only one hot tub for entire hotel meant it was ALWAYS full!

Check in process, new furnishings

Tub drained terribly, no shower curtain liner, door needs to be pushed to shut properly, even after the delayed door mechanisms is used.
