The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the location was excellent.
The elevator was slow and rattling, the reception area was not inviting. I wanted to use the stairs (as the elevator took forever) but there were no clear indications how to get to the lobby, using the stairs (I tried twice, both times got to a dead end and had to return to the elevator).

The hotel is in a very central position, yet very quiet. It is an old building, with the facade, the staircase and other details preserved. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and went out of their way to help me with my requests.
I was there during a paticularly cold spell, and the electric heating was close to its limit.

Sa localisation en plein centre et les couchages étaient très bien.
Il n’y avait pas assez de vaisselle, aucun bol pour déjeuner et aucune tasse à café, il n’y avait que 4 mugs pour 4 personnes donc si on voulait prendre un café dans la journée obligé de le laver direct si on voulait boire autre chose plus tard ou pour prendre le déjeuner le lendemain.
It is very central and the room was quite large and functional. It also looked very clean. I never heard any neighbors or people on the corridor, so it seems well-insulated.
For some reason, someone had left the window open when I arrived. With the temperature outside at freezing point, it was very cold in the room. Fortunately, I was leaving soon after and when I returned in the evening it had warmed up.
The cistern in the toilet was acting up a bit and sometimes would just not fill up so that I could not flush. Then, other times it was fine. Or it would start filling up at some point when I repeatedly pressed the buttons. I ended up forgetting to mention it at reception, which is my bad, but it was odd
