Location was perfect. Right above Kings Cross Station. Room was comfortable.
For the price, rooms could do with a little refresh
Good for getting to tourist sites and local restaurants. Redspot car rental within the hotel was excellent with very helpful and friendly staff. Perfectly suited for accessing the cross city tunnel to head south.
Room was acceptable but a little tired and could do with a face-lift.
The location of the Holliday Inn at Potts Point or Kings Cross is fantastic to reach from the airport and is in walking distance to ALL major attractions in Sydney. Holliday Inn stands for quality and friendly personnel as always.
Need to be able to open windows
We were in room 821. It was cold as the aircon was on and the room was 16 degrees. The maintenance man fixed it. First we. Could not get the lights to work then we couldn’t turn them off. There needs to be instructions to work the touch pad. We also took a picture and asked down stairs how it works. No idea. Even after the man fixed it we were unable to turn the lights off last night and had to shut the whole system down. Hence no heater last night. Bit disappointing considering the cost of the room for three nights. I they sort it out for the next guest so they don’t have to freeze

The air-con was so noisy, even at low level, that we couldn't sleep well. The mattress is very basic and hard. The Bath was quite dangerous as the surface was slippery and it was tricky. The safety rail to hold onto was loose and came away from the wall!
Location and checkout standard time is 11am !

I didn't read the car park hight and our car was too hight for entry, but that was my fault.
