Pros:

We loved the access to Town Hall from the lift next to the Holiday Inn. We have stayed with this hotel group in Newcastle and were impressed then, and again at the Potts Point location. Mainly, it is the value for money we loved.

Cons:

Small bathtub that is hard to get out of, even for a fit, slim person.

Very happy with this hotel, will stay again
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, we had a glimpse of the sea, and the location was excellent. We could check in early as a room was available.

Staff and location amazing. Recommend minor updates to refresh rooms.
Pros:

Staff were amazing and supported my request for late check out due to ANZAC Day commitments. Location near the main train station was ideal.

Cons:

The rooms were a little tired, fresh carpet would be all that's needed to refresh the rooms. Facilities were clean and well stocked. One of the UHT milks in the fridge were already open, likely that fridge check got missed from previous customer.
