La camera era molto fredda. Segnalato il problema alla reception mi hanno detto di aver alzato la temperatura dal loro computer. In camera la temperatura rimaneva molto fredda. Abbiamo provato ad alzare al massimo la temperatura del termostato , non cambiava nulla. A quel punto visto che ormai era troppo tardi abbiamo dormito al freddo. Altra cosa: dalla finestra pur chiusa varie volte, si sentivano i rumori venire dall esterno, come se fosse leggermente aperta. Lo stesso per l'aria fredda, che entrava ma non capivamo da dove

Cons:

I servizi non sono stati all’altezza di un 4 stelle. Chiedere due camere vicine con 3 mesi di anticipo e non essere in grado di darle l’ho trovata una grave mancanza. Non ho mai visto un 4 stelle che in una camera doppia o matrimoniale mette a disposizione un solo set di asciugamani e l’altro è da prendere nell’armadio. Tazzine del caffè sporche al buffet della colazione. Non all’altezza di un quattro stelle
