worst place we’ve stayed all trip, including vietnam.
Pros:

the full size fridge. and the air con when there was power because the power went for a full day.

Cons:

the amount of steps to the rooms and the lack of help to the rooms considering the amount of steps. the automatic locking doors to the balcony as we got locked out on the balcony at night. the non 24 hour reception, should always be someone there besides security. the rooms were quite out dated and the bathrooms were not too clean. the pool wasn’t the cleanest it was quite green.

Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights. The ladies at reception were nice and friendly. The location is very good, close to the shopping mall and restaurants.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit old and I think they should just maintain it a bit better. Old hotels can be amazing if it's maintained.

Bed in my first room uncomfortable. Staff moved me to another and mattress much comfier

Room was smelly and AC was making horrible sound, at least hire some staff when there is no lift at your hotel.

Correcte si on est pas très exigeant sur la propreté.
Pros:

Le bon emplacement, personnel souriant et sympathique. Le jardin est très beau et la piscine est super grande et agréable.

Cons:

La propreté est à revoir… il t avait des cafards morts dans le luminaire de la salle de bain, j’ai essayé de boucher toute entrée possible pour ces bestioles, bonde de lavabo, evacuations des eaux de douche…. Et un petit rafraichissement des chambres serait le bienvenu…

Value for money peaceful and calm for young travellers!
Pros:

Clean, calm and peaceful.

Cons:

They lack staff. Given it’s a resource and there is no lift. They need more people who can perhaps help the senior people with their heavy luggage or in case there are physically challenged tourist. For young travellers it’s good. They can also have a small cafeteria for quick bites 24/7.
