A very lovely stay here
Pros:

Beautiful gardens full of wildlife, set in a peaceful area near the lake and close to many bars, restaurants and the beach was about a 15 minute walk. Very large rooms, comfortable with large private balcony. The pool was really nice especially in the heat! Staff were really friendly, cleaning available daily if requested with water also and it was good value.

Cons:

Not a massive criticism but if the bar onsite was staffed I'm sure many guests would have used it, either at the pool or in the lobby reception area itself, this is something I feel would be an asset for the hotel and save the guests walking to a supermarket.

A lamp by the bedside would have helped as it was a little dark i

This didn't bother us as we wanted the lovely view and travelled light but there are a lot of steps if staying near the top of the gardens

Pros:

Gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Propreté à revoir, les chambre sont sales. La piscine est mal entretenue (contours verts avec des algues). La literie est très inconfortable, tous les équipements sont très vétustes.
Le nettoyage quotidien est très approximatif (nous remettent des tapis et serviettes sales)

Pros:

Wie waren bereits das 3. Mal im Nova. Preis- Leistung sind für Chaweng super. Man kann Beach, Stadt, Restaurants, Shops, Central Einkaufszentrum gut zu Fuß erreichen. Im Hotel oder zu den Hill Zimmern gibt es allerdings viele Stufen, bei mir waren es 106, und das bei der Hitze. das sollte man berücksichtigen. Der Pool und die Gartenanlage sind auch sehr schön, leider fehlt es an Sonnenschirmen.

Cons:

Wie oben beschrieben. Nicht in allen Zimmern gibt es Nachttischlampen, man muss aufstehen um in der Mitte des Zimmers Licht zu machen.

Pros:

Valuta for pengene, betalte 600kr for en natt med 2 rom, det var veldig hyggelig personale, og helt ok senger. Fint med veranda. Det var et godt avbrekk for oss som bor mye på hostel.

Cons:

Ganske urenslig over alt egentlig. Ser nesten ut som et forlatt hotell noen ganger. Også skrur strømmen på rommet seg helt av når man tar ut nøkkel, så å lade ting imens man er ute av rommet går ikke. Det var kort gå avstand fra senteret på koh samui, men generelt ganske langt unna fine spisesteder. Hadde ikke anbefalt hvis man skulle bli der lenge. Vi fant også en larve i dusjen, det hender men det var ikke det beste førsteinntrykket.

Lovely stay close to the main area
Pros:

Great location, lovely view from our room. Air con worked brilliantly and the staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

There are a lot of stairs! Didn’t bother us too much but be aware! On the Saturday night there was also loud music coming from a local bar. We slept through it but might be an issue for others.
