Buyer BEWARE! Read ALL REVIEWS FIRST
Pros:

BEWARE!! First they will try to charge you for a service animal and ask you for proof even though I put in reservation it was for my son and seizures( legally I do not have to)
Second: they will find a way to charge you for items. I used a couple washcloths to clean up spilled ice cream, 2 days later they charged me 26$ for 3 washcloths saying they can monger ise them nut it took me calling for a an explanation of charges. NO RECEIPT OR EXPLANATION! Read all reviews.. THEY ARE KNOWN FOR FRAUDULENT AND SHADY CHARGES!!!!

It was OK, just very disappointed in this room versus the others that I've had.
Pros:

Location is great! Staff was nice but I don't appreciate the pressure tactics when I asked if the room was cheaper in person rather than through somewhere like booking.com. It was substantially higher but she tried to justify it with "the rooms are filling up fast." There was absolutely no one else in the lobby and the entire third floor was dark.

Cons:

Didn't try the breakfast this time, there was a lot of people just milling about in the way and not making their selections and moving on. The refrigerator in the room smelled like something had rotten in there, made my iced drink have an off taste. The room also had an odor, can't really explain it. There was trash under the bed, the desk was pulled away from the wall. It looked as though it had been mounted at one time. My room was right beside the stair well, I'm assuming, and I could hear people talking and the door SLAMS shut.

Do not recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast bar was okay.

Cons:

The staff was rude towards my wife and made fun of her. Also we checked out an entire day early yet they didn't process that in the system. Also the room wasnt clean at all.

The location

Cons:

The fact that the room was dirty. Everything was covered in dog hair. You could even see where the dog had chewed the furniture. When we brought it up to the staff they said they would clean it AFTER we checked out. They could careless. The bed was so uncomfortable I had to sleep on the couch. We are covered in some lind of bug bites. It was unacceptable. We will never stay here again. Do better
