Pros:

I loved the location, 2 min walk to the green luas line

Cons:

At electronic check-in selected the two course meal option. Didn't receive a receipt or voucher and it proved a little difficult at dinner to explain that i had already paid

Close to the tram station and to business buildings. Nice lobby. Good mattress.

Pros:

Good location for the racecourse handy underground parking

Cons:

Broken/missing door handle on balcony door..lights in room flickering..fuze board door in our room was open..no residents bar..food not up to a great standard..ordered chips with dinner..disappointed to get frozen chips..

I feel that a few tweaks could really improve a guest's level of comfort.
Pros:

Lovely room. Friendly staff on reception. Good choice at breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

I expect a 4*hotel to supply things like hand lotion, a few paper tissues and a packet of biscuits to have with a drink on arrival. and, to be honest, not just instant coffee.
The staff at breakfast were hovering to clear away even before 10am.

Pros:

Su excelente ubicación y los enlaces al centro y al aeropuerto. Y el trato del personal, magnífico. El restaurante es muy, muy bueno y los desayunos, aun siendo repetitivos, tienen muy buena calidad.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño tiene una bañera de difícil acceso, con grifo de ducha fijo y cortinas. Totalmente antihigiénico e incómodo. Además, no tiene bidet.

I don't like to shower in a bathtub. ( risk of slippery). And for the females a magnifying make up mirror would be great.
