Pros:

I like the staff hospitality and readiness

Cons:

The rug in the room was very old and did not look clean. Cup of milk in the morning for the re was stained, but readily replaced on asking.

Pros:

Staff on arrival were fantastic. Bar and restaurant staff all fantastic as well. Location was great and the rooms were bright and pleasant.

Ok for a short overnight stay if you’re on a budget, I wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

The staff were kind and accommodating. The location is good.

Cons:

The property is dated, I had a family room, the bedsheets were clean but there was a horrible smell. Bed was not very comfortable, but the main issue I had was the noise, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything from the rooms around you and from the hallway.

Convenient ferry stop with all we need.
Pros:

Good. We were allowed oats as well as cooked. Would like porridge option. Liked individual pots of tea. Breakfast and evening meal hours are good for us. We visit every year.

Cons:

Would like mint tea bags in room as well as tea coffee, (or other alternative. )

Pros:

Free parking, great welcome at reception, very comfortable room, nice menu and friendly bar and restaurant staff.
The staff also made sure that our breakfast was ready for our early departure at 07:30.

Cons:

We were okay with the stairs to the bedroom but I don’t remember in advance being advised that the bedrooms were accessed by stairs. For anyone with mobility challenges, I would suggest that they check in advance with the hotel to check if there are rooms on the ground floor or maybe there is an unseen lift.

Very helpful Reception staff when we had changes following our ferry cancellation
