Terrible service.
Beim Empfang hat man mir gesagt man wird mir einen Wasserkocher geben. Leider keiner da. Man bringt ihn vorbei. War dort 2 Tage. Kocher ist nie angekommen.
Abreise kein Mensch am Empfang. Warte 30 min mit anderen Gästen. Rufe mehrmals Empfang via Telefon. Kein Mensch hebt ab. Nach 30 min kann jemand. Ohne ein Wort der Entschuldigung!!

Pros:

Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn aber etwas abseits. Reichlich Parkplätze vorhanden. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber Zimmer waren schön groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

hotel v blízkosti dálnice, ideální na přespání při daleké cestě. Velké vlastní parkoviště.
příjemný personál. Kvalitní restaurace, dobrá snídaně, ráno výběr teplých i studených jídel.

Alors ce que nous avons apprécié c’est le professionnalisme de l’équipe de place surtout celle du soir.

J’avoue que nous n’avons pas apprécier le repas servis au restaurant, c’est cher pour la qualité du plat. Des frites tièdes et une viande tiède également, on dirait que c’est du réchauffé et c’est dommage en soit car l’Allemagne propose de délicieux plats. Les chambres ne sont pas bien équipé pour répondre à une forte chaleur …
