We went there from iran during our stay the staff were really kind and helpful we really liked their behavior and rooms were very big and breakfast was great

The rooms are big, but everything else was a huge disappointment.
The fridge didn’t work, the beds were broken, and the breakfast area was so dirty it honestly made me feel sick.
The coffee machine was filthy, the cups weren’t clean, and the breakfast was extremely basic — almost everything was just made of eggs.
I couldn’t even enjoy my meal because of how unclean everything was.
I’ve never seen this level of dirtiness in my life — I honestly couldn’t believe it! So disappointing!

Please ask the Turkish staff to come out and help!
There was only one Iranian staff member working, and she couldn’t possibly handle so many guests alone — all she could do was collect the dirty plates.
Meanwhile, the Turkish staff were sitting in the back room, eating breakfast instead of helping.

Overall okay, could use maintenance and cleanliness check up improvements. The area it's located in compensates to an extent.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The photos on the website are very misleading.
Photos need to be removed, they do not represent the hotel at all.
Our room which was the size of a box smelled very very bad of cigarette smoke even though the guy that took us to it said it was a non smoking room. The woodwork was not finished, the handle on the bathroom door was hanging off, lightbulbs missing. There was a wall outside the window so there was no way to air the room. We asked to be moved but they said they were full. We could not stay so we had to go and pay for a new hotel. Hotel was not very clean and was very dark and dingy. Staff not very helpful and didn't seem to care. Hopefully we may be able to get some of our money back but I am not holding my breath.
Always read reviews, unfortunatley this was recommended by a travel consultant.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. I stayed here for one week and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and seemed completely untrained. The rooms were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. Basic services were missing — there was no internet at all, and the air conditioner barely worked during the summer heat. At night, the room was dark with almost no lighting, and even the elevator had no light inside.

To make things worse, the pool was emptied with no explanation, and we were told it was due to “internal issues.” Breakfast was incredibly poor — no coffee, no milk, nothing basic or fresh. For a hotel, that’s simply unacceptable.

This place is not just disappointing, it’s shocking. It felt like they don’t care about the guests at all. Everything from cleanliness to service was below any reasonable standard. I seriously regret spending money here.

This hotel should not be listed anywhere as a recommended accommodation. It’s a complete waste of money and time. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I strongly recommend removing this hotel from any booking platforms. Absolutely not recommende

I would give 3 star specially bcz of breakfast. Breakfast was really not good n was limited . No fruit no juice only some times the made omlet the rest of the breakfast was cold.

Terrible experience. Awful Breakfast, unhelpful staff and restaurant with water leakage at the ceiling. Not recommended at all.

I reserved a family suite in top floor bud they gave me connect rooms in first floor and nobody answered me

Mr Serkan the manager of Nova Plaza hotel was very responsible, cooperative, polite and professional.

Not professional at all. We tried many times to reach the management on social media, Expedia, phone with no success.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and the rooms are of a good standard, suggesting that the owners have invested well in the property. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by poor service and unprofessional staff behavior.

One major disappointment was that access to the Hammam came with an unexpected charge, which was not clearly advertised. The reception staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful, often speaking amongst themselves in a language we couldn’t understand when approached with questions.

Despite booking a triple room, we were only provided with one key and were refused additional ones. Breakfast was also underwhelming—there were no labels on the food, no staff available to assist, and hygiene standards were noticeably lacking.

It’s unfortunate, as the hotel has potential. If the owners are wondering why business might be declining, addressing these service and cleanliness issues would be a good place to start.

I had a terrible experience at Nova Plaza Hotel. The hotel was not clean, and the breakfast was extremely disappointing—very poor selection. We left a note requesting the room to be cleaned, but when we returned in the afternoon, nothing had been done. The receptionist explained that the housekeeper leaves early and could not clean the room, so we were given towels and bed linens to fix it ourselves. We ended up cleaning the room on our own. Despite leaving a note for the manager, no action was taken, and we never received any communication from him. This hotel is definitely not a 4-star establishment.

After not realising the date had automatically changed on Expedia when I booked the hotel. I immediately contacted Expedia to attempt to change the date without paying extra. They and I attempted to contact the hotel multiple times to get this accepted, but coincidentally every time they said the manager was going to be in to accept this request...he never was. I ended up losing my money due to there failure to contact back and decided to stay at another hotel where I would feel more valued as a customer.

Everything was fine.

Everything was great. Amazing employees. They helped me about everything. They’re suggesting me to where can I visit. If you don’t have any idea where you can visit, just ask them they will help you. Breakfast also is really good. I highly recommend this hotel
