Had an email few weeks before booking date to say hotel was closed. I rang to check it wasn’t a scam. I was told the hotel is open your booking is still in place.
Drove yesterday 2.5 hours to be told the hotel is not open to the public !!!!

My booking was confirmed and the hotel was under reconstruction when I got there I have to book another accommodation for my family by 11pm on the same day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the staff at Breakfast.
The location of the hotel has very busy roads directly adjacent and the double glazing in my room did not buffer the noise.
good location, nice and clean throughout, spacious room and comfy bed. Very helpful and friendly staff too
really dislike the online ordering system in the restaurant, also had a very limited menu while I was there.
Very helpful staff, my sister arrived late at night and they staff were very accommodating. Travelling with a (good) dog is not easy but the staff were really helpful.
