Gorgeous decor, Lovely restaurant , comfy bedroom, nicely decorated . Incredible desserts- best crumble and custard ive ever had. Delicious food and such professional and friendly staff. Will definitely go back. Me and my husband on a night away.

There wasn’t anything to dislike
Amazing decor, interior design and fresh modern feel. Lovely and welcoming staff who did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and maximised our stay. The food was incredible and the whole experience was flawless. Rain shower was the best! 10/10.
Nothing. Even though it was busy over Easter weekend, we still got served quickly and helped out. The lounge area is really great and working on the WiFi was seamless. Absolutely loved it!

Our first stay here was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. It was great to find a dog-friendly spot for our daughter’s birthday, and our room was clean with a good sea view. However, we felt the pricing was a bit high for what was offered. Having to pay extra for a standard English breakfast felt steep, as the included options were quite limited. Excellent service, but perhaps a bit overpriced for the overall package.
The ambience
I have been a regular guest at this lovely hotel since 2012. I have always had outstanding experiences. Celebrating birthdays with friends and family. Good food, massage and rest, afternoon teas, helpful, kind and friendly staff....need I go on? Even my 1 year old babygirl loved it here
Not able to regularly visit on weekends because of the high London prices. Several hotels in City of Lonon, 4 stars; are a lot less for more. Swimming pool, sauna, gym, room service, queen size beds and larger rooms, etc.
Friendly, helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Lovely restaurant with central bar - a buzzing place which is clearly highly popular. Highly recommended.
WiFi in my room a bit intermittent but staff were willing to help and sorted the problem as best they could.
