Pros:

They think it's somewhere special. Food is rubbish for the money. And they give you a 1hour timeslot.

A good stay for what was required for my stay, it’s always good.
Pros:

I’ve stayed a few times, good staff.
You feel looked after, even to the small things.
A receptionist ordered us a cab, we sat out on the lovely veranda with a drink. The receptionist told us once the cab arrived he would let us know. He did. We could relax with confidence that everything was in hand

Cons:

This room was very small, not stayed in one of those before.
It was convenient for the one night we needed.

What a winner
Pros:

Lush lush lush. Our room was gorgeous. It had a bath and gorgeous robes. We had the room with balcony overlooking the water. It was wonderful. Breakfast was lovely

Wonderful service every time I stay
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Great service in the restaurant and the food is always great. Comfortable bed and lovely service especially the ladies on the front desk. Special thanks to Millie who is delightful.

Excellence in all they do
Pros:

We loved it here again. Last year we stayed for some time around our wedding and this year we decided to come back and relive the experience. To our delight we were able to stay in teh same room in the Beachhouse as we did last time,

We enjoyed drinks, breakfast, dinner and room service over our time here and all was superb, the Lamb dish was one of the best I have enjoyed anywhere inthe world.

All the staff are amazing and are constantly alert and responsive to ensure all guests enjoy their time here.

well done, I don't know how you improved on perfection but you did!
