Solo la ubicación , fui a un congreso en las instalaciones.

Cons:

Cuando pague el alojamiento de 648 mil pesos por 2 noches, la señorita de recepción en forma arbitraria me cobró el alojamiento con mi tarjeta de crédito ; SIN CUOTAS. Ósea un solo pago. Según ella era por protocolo del hotel .No me parece adecuado. Voy a introducir un reclamo en instancias superiores

Great hotel I wanted to stay at due to US embassy proximity, but front desk very inflexible and not customer sat oriente

Cons:

Front desk staff, management, reservation not helping the customer and washing their hands of my request to shorten my stay, putting blame on agent and refusing to help. It was a difficult situation for me as one of the USA skiers impacted by the fire in Nevados Chillan - we lost everything but they were VERY inflexible . Very poor customer experience
