Pros:

The location was very central to Raffles, Singapore River, Chijmes etc. next door to a MRT station.
Breakfast had an extensive selection. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

Good but lacking finesse
Pros:

The location. Being connected to Bugis Junction and Bugis+ is huge. MRT access is a big win. Staff are friendly. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

The property is a little dated. Water pressure isn't the best. We had an AC hiccup. The aircon did not like adhering to the thermostat and the compressor was weak. It was either turn it down and freeze or turn it up a little and sweat. Also we got 2 hair shampoos in the shower and no shower gel. They fixed it once I called them. The management seems a little overwhelmed since the ownership/management change.

Staff took very long whenever I called for something. They gave a delicate shirt to dry cleaning and it broke one of the buttons

Pros:

Service from front desk to the breakfast room was impeccable. Great location with with the mrt just below the building.

Cons:

Nothing i didn't like. We have stayed in many hotels in Singapore and this is our family's favourite.

Wunderbares Hotel in lebhafter Lage von Singapur und trotzdem ruhig in der Nacht zum Schlafen. Das Personal verdient ein Riesenlob - extrem gästeorientiert, zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber, alle Pflegeprodukte sind von Byredo gewesen (ich liebe diese Marke!) und der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Das Hotel ist sowohl gut vom Flughafen erreichbar, als auch perfekt an die Innenstadt angebunden. Eine Metrostation ist fußläufig entfernt; Taxen können bequem vor die Tür bestellt werden. Das Viertel ist lebhaft mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hierher kommen!

Pros:

The hotel was great. The location was very convenient, especially that the hotel is connected to a mall, which was very convenient for the kids. Staff were supportive & kind. Many options in the breakfast buffet.

Good Hotel with good staff and solid service and breakfast offerings - great location as base for visiting Singapore.
Pros:

Location and bathroom setup. Bugis area is nicer for visitors with +3 days for Singapore.

Cons:

The breakfast setup is not build to the size of the hotel which is a downer considering that the breakfast itself and the staff attending to it are top notch. The rooms may feel a little older in style, but again, they are very well maintained.
