The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were comfortable. As there were three of us staying in one room, the room could perhaps have been a bit larger.
We stayed for two nights and weren’t disappointed. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Every member of staff we met was polite, cheerful and professional, especially the front of house staff. The hotel was pretty central and close to places to eat and drink. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it!
Stayed one night Nour way back to Europe. Regret that we had chosen the Marriott on our first stay in Singapore. This hotel has a really good service and the food at the breakfast, even though a bit pricy was worth every dime.
Having tested the gym and pool I can state that they a both well equipped and beautifully decorated for their purposes.
I will return to this hotel next time i am in Singapore.
This is our second stay here, but two years ago it was the Intercontinental and now as of January 2026 it’s Frasers House Luxury Collection. Thankfully it remains the same lovely hotel with the same wonderful staff!
The rooms are very comfortable with a desk and crisp bed linens. A very nice touch was that they had a birthday surprise for my husband that included a cake made of towels, balloons and a little birthday dessert.
It’s perfectly located close to shopping and a variety of dining options, and the Bugis metro stop is connected to the hotel.
It has a well equipped gym. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with so many options - Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Western.
On one occasion we dined in the lobby restaurant and I had THE best lobster bisque ever! We also enjoyed the whiskey bar that has an incredible selection of single malts from all over the world. Also had a great meal at the Chinese restaurant upstairs.
The staff are absolutely incredible and they make a 5 star hotel extra special

We recently stayed at Fraser House for a three day stopover before heading to Malaysia.
The staff were outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention must go to Mann the Concierge who went out of his way to make us feel welcome.
The location is ideal for the areas of interest for Singapore and the hotel decor is traditional which is a nice contrast to this very modern and cosmopolitan city.
Unfortunately on the second day of our stay, my wife had a fall which resulted in a fractured wrist meaning our trip had to be cut short.
Once again this is where the staff exceeded expectations and couldn’t offer us enough assistance.
One example of their commitment to the guests was the delivery to our room of fruit and confectionary with a card wishing my wife a speedy recovery. A gesture which meant a lot to us.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. Senior Management please note, your staff especially front of house need to be recognised for their devotion to the hotel guests.

Visited for a friend’s wedding. Great location for a wedding with really helpful team of staff. Worked with Jun Yi for the AV part of the wedding, he was very attentive and able to set up the system really well. Would highly recommend
The hotel’s location was excellent, making it very convenient to explore the city. The property was extremely clean and stylish, and the staff were genuinely attentive and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding and exceeded expectations. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and performed well above what I anticipated. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.
I had a wonderful stay at Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore. The Executive Lounge is a real highlight: elegant, calm, and offering excellent food and drinks throughout the day.
Special thanks to Wilson from the Executive Lounge for his exceptional service. He is warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making guests feel truly welcome. His professionalism and personal touch elevated the entire experience. Reception was also outstanding.
