Pros:

Very friendly room was clean

Cons:

Lots of running noises above us. We did not complain
Understand people have young children.
I was very much looking forward to using hot tub. Only to find out hot tub has been filled in. Need hot tub for medical conditions. Felt deceived. And stuck.

Breakfast was great

Cons:

Pictures showed a tv by the jacuzzi in the suite and there was none. Also electric fireplace was broken, carpets were ripped, jacuzzi in room had hairs in it. Pool does not have a Jacuzzi any longer as advertised

They didn't have hot water for tea.

Cons:

I'm handicap our hotel room had a walk-in shower the shower floor was extremely slippery and very unsafe I had to put a bath towel down on the shower and hold on to the bar it was not a safe situation my sister who had knee surgery last year didn't take a shower for 3 days because she would not risk it it was very dangerous.

Pros:

Very clean property, room was in excellent condition. Customer service from the staff was outstanding! Great complementary breakfast as well.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the outside was VERY VERY ICY and not salted.

Well rested
Pros:

Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and polite.
The breakfast lady on Saturday was phenomenal. She was always filling and cleaning and keeping busy.

Location, staff, breakfast

Cons:

Dirty, outdated, run down, bad value for price. We stay at a lot of holiday inn's in many states; this was the worst one so far. Hotel is about 10 years old and has not been updated compared to many other locations. House keeping did not leave us any towels twice. Only partially took our garbage. Room was dirty. There were stains on the walls carpet, and curtains. We were charged the same price as a nice holiday inn that has been updated. The hot tub had been filled in and was no longer useable.

Pros:

They were allow to acomadated us as a family to another room with out extra charge, but still need upgrade.

Cons:

First. The room that we gave us it was really dirty. Thebrig was nasty the bedbwere not clean the bathroom was dirty and the smell was bad. Pull up coach was dirty with hair and confetti. And they lied about jacuzzi.
