Hotel sul lago a pochi passi dal centro di Limone
Pros:

Struttura con posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dal centro di Limone, con vista sul lago.
Molto utile il parcheggio sotterraneo su due livelli, abbastanza comodo e con molti posti disponibili.
Utile la possibilità di lasciare l'auto nel parcheggio anche il giorno del checkout al costo aggiuntivo di soli 5€.
Staff disponibile ed accogliente, un plauso alla signora alla reception che ha seguito il nostro check-in: con simpatia e gentilezza ci ha accolto e raccontato tutti i migliori posti da visitare.
Bella la sala ristorante e buona la colazione continentale, con ampia scelta sia di dolci sia di salato (unica pecca le bevande calde).

Cons:

La moquette presente nei corridoi che portano alle stanze andrebbe rimodernata.
Nella camera la doccia risulta immediatamente visibile all'ingresso della stanza (non si trova in bagno), e per questo non risulta comodissima.
Nella colazione a buffet, consiglierei di migliorare la gestione delle bevande calde: considerata la presenza di un bar mi sarei aspettata che ci fosse una consumazione calda preparata dallo staff, come in molti hotel 4 stelle. Invece erano disponibili solo due macchinette automatiche con poche opzioni di scelta.
Con un caffè/cappuccino fatto al bar il giudizio sarebbe salito da ottimo a perfetto :)

Enttäuschend, wegen des Spa-Bereichs aber ansonsten ein super Hotel

Super nah am Strand. Super Zimmer. Super Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Mich hat ehrlich gesagt sehr geärgert, dass (bei Booking.com) nirgends ein Hinweis war, dass Minderjährige nicht in die Therme dürfen. Ich war mit meinem Sohn da und habe extra schon zuvor ein Hotel storniert, das dieses auch untersagt hatte, das hatte ich aber selbst irgendwann in deren „Kleingedrucktem“ gefunden. Hier das Hotel weißt explizit darauf hin, dass Kinder jeden Alters willkommen sind und dann habe ich diesen Teil des Hotels völlig umsonst bezahlt. Das war sehr ärgerlich. Der Rest war top!

Das Hotel ist insgesamt gut, jedoch sind die Zimmer und Liegestühle etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstück könnte
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, einen schönen neu gebauten Pool und freundliches Personal; auch die Parkmöglichkeit ist sehr gut, da das Auto geschützt und im Schatten abgestellt werden kann.

Cons:

Ein grosser Teil des Hotels ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Liegestühle und auch die Zimmer könnten eine Erneuerung vertragen, und beim Frühstück wäre etwas mehr Auswahl wünschenswert. Insgesamt ist das Hotel gut, für den Preis hätten wir jedoch etwas mehr erwartet. Eine Renovation würde dem Hotel sicherlich guttun.

Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage und verfügt über eine eigene Tiefgarage. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig.

La vicinanza al centro, il parcheggio, le dimensioni della stanza

Assurdo dover passare da un piccolo passaggio del ristorante per arrivare alle camere, colazione di bassissima qualità, cappuccio imbevibile, pulizia generale dell'albergo scadente, il bagno a vista appena entri in camera non si può proprio vedere!

Pros:

Hotel molto accoliente ed in ottima posizione , a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia.
Ottimo il parcheggio sotterraneo e la possibilità di ricaricare l'auto per chi possiede un elettrica.

Cons:

I letti sono un po scomodi , sicuramente una miglioria che rispecchierebbe il resto dell'hotel.
