Pros:

Got an underground room -2 which was not pleasent. I showed up mid day and was told check in was at 2 PM. Came back at 4:15 PM only to be informed that room was not ready. When I insisted because had a wedding to go to, was given this less than ideal room. They could have easily given me an upgraded room or offer it for a price but no gesture was made

Pros:

Property and facilities are beautiful. However, parking lot workers are trying to scam foreigners. Unfortunately, this ruined what would have been a wonderful experience. I will never return to this hotel because of this and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. It truly is a shame.

Family summer and winter resort
Pros:

The hotel is located in the mountain, housing a ski resort. The staff is very friendly, in particular the reception staff. There is an indoor swimming pool which is mostly unused during my visit. There aren't many shops and restaurants nearby, most visitors came with families and for skiing. Essential to have a car if you wish to move around. The rooms are very comfortable and service is fast.

Excellent hotel!!!!!! The staff was really professional and so kind…. I did the aromatherapy massage with my daughter, it was the best massage we ever had…. And we did so many massages in the US!!!! Hoda and Jenny were so professional and sweet, the self service breakfast was divine!!!! Overall wonderful stay and we will definitely come back
