Pros:

Beautifully presented hotel. Quiet, very comfortable beds. Top quality bathroom fittings. Great breakfast. The assistant Manager (Ricardo) was very helpful.

Cons:

I arrived late and only had 15 minutes to use the sky lounge before closing. The hotel particulars stated that the lounge offered complimentary drinks and snacks - there was no food available. When paying for an additional service, details should be provided of restricted operating times and service provided if it is restricted. If I'd have known about these restrictions I wouldn't have paid the extra for this service. The 25 euros for car parking is also a bit steep - 10 euros would be a more reasonable sum to pay for overnight parking.

Great stay well reccomended.
Pros:

Clean open areas very welcoming atmosphere in the foyer.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable with good amenities'

Cons:

the first days breakfast was unfortunate all food items were cold and below what would be expected.
second day was far better with no issues.

Great hotel, spacious rooms, good food and bar service.
Pros:

Location for an event we were attending. Also the decor and relaxed plush environment

Cons:

Breakfast in the morning when extremely busy due to a cancelled flight led to not a lot of selection available. When quiet the breakfast was good. But we did not like cold scrambled eggs.

A pleasant place to stay with reliable airport shuttle
Pros:

The staff was so friendly, the airport shuttle was a big bus with lots of room that was on time both times we took it, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was great!

Cons:

The standard hotel bed and armchairs were not the most comfortable but also not terrible; the food at the hotel restaurant was way overpriced

Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport. Comfortable bed. There are both a shower and bathtube in the bathroom. Free gym in the hotel.

Cons:

First of all, even though I haven't used it, 25€ for parking fee per night is too much. It isn't even a closed parking space.
There was only a pair of slippers in the room, but we were two people. I think it would be better to put enough slippers for the people in the reservation. It isn't a big deal, you can ask for another set of slippers from the reception.

Pros:

Idéalement situé proche de l'aéroport de Bruxelles Zaventem , c'est un hôtel très confortable , d'une propreté impeccable avec toutes les commodités disponibles .
Un excellent restaurant se trouve à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, avec un grand patio extérieur donnant sur un joli jardin aquatique, idéal pour prendre un apéro détente avant de passer à table .
Le personnel de l'établissement , et très sympathique et à l'écoute de vos besoins .

It was a great place to stay for catching the shuttle to the airport for an early flight.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and modern. Our view from the window was a beautiful park and pond leading to a cozy neighborhood where we were able to walk and find a variety of small restaurants.
