Pros:

Great staff service , shops and restaurants nearby and inside the hotel premises but the surrounding area is dirty , noisy and crowded. The hotel itself needs some upgrades, like hallway carpet, bathrooms and rooms need repainting, air vents need cleaning . Buffet breakfast has great selections .

Beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast and bar. This hotel has multiple restaurants onsite. Quick walk to other restaurants and night life. Also close to site like the famous Lotus Temple.

I have always found my visits over the years to the Eros Hotel in Delhi, first class in service, cleanliness, food and always get a good nights sleep.
Just a pity the Eros does not have a loyalty programme!

The location of the property is good , however the rooms are pretty dated for the price they are charging. My serious recommendation to the property owners to renovate the rooms. Rest it was a good stay over all.
