The hotel experience was very disappointing due to long delays, poor organization, and stressful service.

What I liked most about the hotel was its location. It is conveniently located inside the mall, which made everything very easy and accessible.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the very poor service and long delays. I had booked two rooms, but the first one was only ready at 4:30 PM and the second at 8 PM, which wasted the whole day while we were waiting. Every time we asked, they kept changing the room and asking us to wait—first saying it wasn’t clean, then saying the AC was not working, and promising another room after more waiting.

When we first arrived, they also lost our luggage after taking it from the car. No one knew where it was, and later we found that they had placed many guests’ bags together in one room, and everyone had to go search for their own belongings. On top of that, I waited around 40 minutes for them to bring my car from the parking. Overall, the experience was very bad and exhausting, it felt more like a stressful trip than a relaxing stay.

الفندق نظيف ومتصل في دبي فيستفال

في اليوم الذي حجزت فيه الفندق تم الاتصال فيني وتم تاكيد موعد الجيك ان واخبرتهم الساعه 3:00 وكان الحجز ذكرى زواج.. لكن للاسف عندما وصلت كانت هناك زحمه في الريسبشن واتوقع كانت هناك عروض وتم اخذ حجوزات فائض عن عدد الغرف وموظف الاستقبال كان جدا بطيء.. يجب عليهم تخصيص كاونتر خاص للذين حدثوا عن طريق المواقع مثل بوكينج .. يكون مختلف عن الكونترات الثانيه التابعه للعروض..
