I booked the signature suit with my 8 year old child and they put us in a smoking floor, further more when I asked the receptionists about it he lied and claimed that the floor is for families and is not a smoking floor which two other staff denied later and confirmed it is a smoking floor. I tried to call again but there was no answer and left two messages to call back but was ignored until the next day where I was shifted to a smaller suit in a non smocking floor. In the first suit there was also a problem in the water it came little with air and what came out was dirty.

Non-premium experience, not sure what facilities are there

Air conditioning, pungent smell in the corridors, dusty rooms, food quality and limited in room dining experience, also the repeating clanking noise in the room was torturing, also the staff are like we could’ve changed the room for you, why putting me there in the first place, didn’t feel the hospitality

Staff members they are perfectly

Cons:

The hotel should be 4 starts not 5, food smiles everywhere even in the rooms and bathroom not clean also the lights not working properly
