Check-in is at 3 pm, however, the hotel will store any luggage for early arrivals. Should your room be available, you will be provided with keys immediately. Best family breakfast in Muscat
Pros:

We have our family breakfast at Musandam every three weeks.
Amazing breakfast and welcoming staff. A must for Muscat residents.

Reliable, friendly experience during a hot week!
Pros:

The hotel had all necessary amenities and presented itself professionally and friendly.

We had a sea view top floor room (6th floor) and it had a beautiful view of the gardens, pool, beach and sea. This was lovely to see the sunset from.

The general hotel was presented well, clean and spacious.

I used the gym every morning and it was clean and not full at all. There was a water refill machine and all machines and free weights you would want.

The pool area had plenty of sun beds, complementary towels, active lifeguards and areas of different depths so our kids of 3 and 8 could play happily. So much so we didn’t use the kids pool or lane pool. They had lovely complementary touches like frozen flannels, watermelon slices and lemon mint drinks at random times which were a welcome refreshment!

The food in the buffet restaurant and Tomato restaurant was excellent. The service was exceptional and they catered for all of our needs, especially caring for our daughter who has a peanut allergy. John Edward in the Tomato restaurant was a favourite, very attentive and friendly.

The concierge booked us taxis on multiple occasions ensure they were ones with card machines as we did not carry cash. Thank you again to them.

The hotel allowed us to have late check out in a different room when our flight got changed in the final day - thank you again.

Overall a pleasant stay, we would stay again if we were to visit Oman again.

عند وصولي وحجز الغرف عن طريق بوكنق ودفع المبلغ كامل حصلت اشكاليه بالغاء غرفه بالغلط وولكن الموظفه صعبت موضوع الحجز وكان باستطاعتها تاكيد الحجز ولكن رفضة الموضوع ارجاعها وتم اخذ غرفه ثانيه ودفع مبلغها باكامل وتعد تجربه سيئه على فندق له سمعته ولكم جزيل الشكر

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the InterContinental Muscat. Beyond the beautiful hotel and facilities, what truly made this experience special was the people.

Every member of staff I encountered was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive and genuinely caring. From the reception team to housekeeping and the staff around the hotel, everyone made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my stay. Their warmth and professionalism created such a positive atmosphere and made this trip even more memorable.

More than just a hotel stay, this felt like a real experience where hospitality comes from the heart. Thank you to the entire team for making my time in Muscat so enjoyable — I will leave with beautiful memories and hope to return again very soon.

Very pleasant and will definitely go back again and recommend it.
