We recently had the pleasure of dining at Tomato at the InterContinental Muscat, and the experience was elevated from a simple meal to a truly memorable evening, thanks in large part to the restaurant manager, John Edwards.

Came here just for breakfast and really enjoyed it. The food was fresh and had a good variety. Our server was super friendly and attentive without being too much, which made the experience even better. The place also has a really nice, calm vibe in the morning. Would definitely come back for breakfast again. All thanks to Faisal alwahaibi.
I had a wonderful breakfast experience today at InterContinental Muscat. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with a great variety of options to choose from. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it a perfect start to the day.
A special thank you to Faisal Al Wahabi for the excellent service. He was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His professionalism really made the experience stand out.

Reception staff. Most unhelpful. Took ages to book us in while other people came and got in much more quickly. Asked for rooms close - we were on different floors, opposite end of hotel.
We asked for late checkout: much fuss over giving us new cards but on the day, we couldn't get into our rooms. So incompetent
On the last day, a very uncouth man on reception (did not seem to be in hotel uniform) was chewing gum and not looking us in the eye. Very rude. Said he needed my credit card; when I asked why, he said I needed to pay. I had paid on arrival. He insisted and then said oh you've paid and threw my credit card onto the desk. Completely unacceptable behaviour
Had a work event at the venue, and the staff were super helpful and attentive, especially Faisal Al Wahaibi for the restaurant that we attended for our lunch buffet; which was fantastic!
