Lovely stay and great location
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Westin Napa. The hotel is super conveniently located right across the street from the wine train and blocks from the market and first street. Our one bedroom was very clean, quiet and comfy. There is a lovely pool and hot tub and fire pit and the restaurant was surprisingly good for dinner and breakfast

The experience was unremarkable
Pros:

I was expecting more from this property. Rooms need a refreshment to modernize them. Front desk was nice enough but the overall stay was unremarkable. It’s located a bit further away from the downtown shops and restaurants.

Great hotel, service, and location
Pros:

Stayed on night here last Friday after a business trip in SF. Thanks to my Titanium Bonvoy status I was upgraded to a Superior suite which was absolutely incredible. Two full bathrooms, complete kitchen, and balcony overlooking the Napa River and the Napa River Trail. Service was great, couldn't get the balcony door open and someone came right away. Hotel is right next to the Oxbow Market and a short trail walk into downtown Napa. Perfect location.

Had higher expectations
Pros:

My hotel stay was ok overall. The rooms are old and outdated. Staff at the front desk weren’t very welcoming when we first came to check in. The service at the restaurant was good and the food was overall decent. We had higher expectations being in the heart of Napa.

Pros:

Very modern hotel about 10 minutes walk to downtown but they also have a free drop off and pick up service. Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool looked great but we didn't use it. The head bellman was fantastic, always cheery, and greeted us by name every time

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't set up great. Firstly, it didn't start until 7:30 and wasn't a buffet so, on our first morning, we couldn't eat. They only had 1 person cooking so even by 7:50 no food was to be seen. I recognise it's not a location often used by business guests but we had a golf booking so had to leave hungry.
