Schönes Hotel. Top Lage. Nettes Personal

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet um 10 Uhr doch schon sehr geplündert, und wird auch nicht sofort aufgefüllt.
Es fehlt an Schalen für Müsli und Gläser für Getränke.
Die ganze Auswahl am Frühstück entspricht leider nicht mehr dem Standard

Pros:

Alles sehr positiv! Habe im Nachhinein sogar meine vergessenen Pulli zurückgeschickt bekommen.

Cons:

Lediglich der Kopfkissen könnte für meinen Geschmack bisschen härter sein aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Cons:

Personeel was chaotisch. Geen verduistering van de badkamer, dus er was een inkijk vanuit de kamer. Te licht om te slapen, konden we ook niet voldoende verduisteren.

Die Lage, die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf die Empfangshalle, das saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Der Empfang war trocken und es wurden nur sehr wenige Informationen über das Hotel preisgegeben.
Von unserem Deluxe Zimmer hatten wir uns etwas mehr erwartet was Details angeht. Bei einem Hotel der Preisklasse soll man auch jeden Tag eine neue Wasserflasche erwarten können, so kennen wir das zumindest aus anderen 5*Hotels. Das Bett war sehr hart (das mag aber Geschmackssache sein), die Kissen wiederum viel zu weich und nicht
unterstützend. Das Frühstück war ok, aber auch nicht mehr: elementare Gerichte wie Rührei (zu wenig Ei) mit Speck (zu lange gebraten) entsprachen nicht dem Standard eines 5*Hotels.

Hotel en ville parfaitement localisé, chambre parfaite, personnel très attentif

Chambre premium. Parfaitement propre, confortable, petite attention avec des fruits et des chocolats (très appréciés), chambre 725 au calme absolu. Rare d'avoir une acoustique telle dans un hotel. Bref la chambre était parfaite.

Cons:

Le GOLDEN bar présentait un service très attentionné et les cocktails sont bons mais aucune réelle animation qualitative pour un samedi soir (alors qu'on annonce des DJ set sur le site interne). Service qui pourrait être plus rapide mais 1 seul réel serveur (irréprochable) qui fait de son mieux en salle.
