Heerlijk hotel, alleen maar genieten.
Pros:

Prachtige entree. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Ruime kamer en heerlijk ontbijt. Fijn dat er een parkeergarage onder het hotel is. Ideaal in het centrum.

Ein schöner und angehmer Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet und vor allem sehr ruhig. Das Personal mehrheitlich freundlich und der Service entsprechend auch sehr in Ordnung, so wie man es von guten und preiswerteren Hotels erwartet. Der Wellness & Spa-Bereich ist auch empfehlenswert. Besonders hat mir die Lounge gefallen, wo man Abends gemütlich sich einen Drink genehmigen kann und die freundlichen Angestellten im Eingangsbereich, welche einem die Türen aufhalten und sich um das Gepäck kümmern sowie für Fragen immer hilfsbereit zur Verfügung stehen.

Cons:

Ich weiss nicht, ob das einfach zum Einrichtungsstil gehörte, aber was ich sehr störend fand, war das grosse Fenster im Badezimmer, von wo aus man direkt in den Schlafbereich des Zimmers blicken konnte und umgekehrt. Es gab zwar eine Jalousie am Fenster, aber ich schaffte es nicht sie zu zu ziehen. Privatsphäre war somit beim Duschen etc. dementsprechend eingeschränkt. Auch wurde uns beim Check-out eine Pauschalgebühr von 6 Euro pro Nacht im Nachgang verrechnet, über welche wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert wurden. Es geht mir weniger um den Betrag als mehr um die Transparenz. Sowas sollte von Anfang an kommuniziert werden, wenn nicht schon im Gesamtpreis beim Buchen miteingeschlossen sein. Auch die Kaution von 75 Euro welche wir beim Check-in hinterlegen mussten, war uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst. Alles in allem würde ich aber dennoch wiederkommen und kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.
