Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt an der Königsalllee.

Cons:

Die Größe der Zimmer wird mit 30 qm beworben. Das entspricht jedoch nicht der Realität.
Die reale Größe der Zimmer (außer Bad und Eingangsbereich) beträgt ca. 24 qm.

Die Lage an der Kö ist für Shopping Kurztripps optimal

Cons:

Die Obdachlosen in direkter Umgebung, die lautstarken stark alkoholisierten Poser

Leider liegt der Aufschnitt an sehr ungünstiger Stelle ( in der Ecke, nahe zum offenen Feuer)

Super. Nous savons où venir quand nous venons à Düsseldorf.
Pros:

la chambre était très confortable spacieuse comme la salle de bain. rien à redire. Emplacement super

Cons:

Le parking qui n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre.
Le petit déjeuner en room service mériterait d'être plus diversifié et modulable en terme de choix compte tenu du prix.

The stay was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Everything was well organized and made the stay very enjoyable.

Best hotel so far in Germany
Pros:

Location was perfect, beautiful clean area, excellent for shopping. We stayed in the suite, it was one of the best stays. Will definitely return back. Breakfast was excellent too.

Cons:

Definitiv defekte Klimaanlage, fehlende Grundausstattungen (Herren Pantolettwn, Espressotassen, 2. Weinglas), Bezahlanfrage bei 3 (!) Mitarbeitern in der Lounge über 45 Minuten und die Art, wie das Personal die Schadensregulierung bearbeitet - nämlich gar nicht!
