Heerlijk hotel voor een weekendje weg, op een prachtige locatie in Düsseldorf!
Pros:

Het hotel zelf is een prachtig, modern hotel op een toplocatie. We komen hier al sinds het begin, zo’n 19 jaar geleden! Ook in het restaurant, de bar en de lobby kun je voortreffelijk eten en drinken.

Cons:

We hadden inclusief ontbijt geboekt, maar voor ontbijt op de kamer moest het volledige ontbijt opnieuw worden betaald, en niet zoals bij de meeste vijfsterrenhotels alleen een toeslag. De duty manager heeft het uiteindelijk keurig opgelost. 👍

Wunderbare kurze Auszeit - wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Sehr schönes, super zentral gelegenes Hotel. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Service. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wirkt nicht gekünstelt, sondern tatsächlich von Herzen bemüht, den Gästen einen tollen Aufenthalt zu bereiten.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und sehr lecker, auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen (und auch hier wieder: nicht nur das Essen ist sehr lecker, sondern auch das super Personal macht den Abend besonders!).
