Perfekt. Neue Buchung bereits erfolgt für Dez. in Verbindung mit Verwandtenbesuch.

Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück, alkoholfreier Sekt, gute Auswahl für Vegetarier, frisch gepresster Saft, freundliches Personal....

Cons:

Koffer mußten selbst ins Zimmer gebracht werden. Der Weg zur Sauna/zum Gym wurde schlecht erklärt und war nicht ausgeschildert.

Mi sono trovato bene, ci sono delle cose su cui lavorare.

L'ubicazione e la cortesia al desk.

Cons:

Il servizio al bar di giorno non è assolutamente adeguato. Due volte mi sono seduto e ho dovuto attendere 20 minuti per ordinare qualcosa. C'erano 4 persone di servizio e 5 soli clienti!!!
Non apprezzo che alla sera non venga fatta la copertura in camera. E' la prima volta che in un 5 stelle succede.
La prossima volta gradirei una camera con la possibilità di aprire una finestra.
