Pros:

The location was good close to everything the staff was nice. Pools were nice and clean

Cons:

A little dated, could use a newer stove. Upon arrival the call box by the main door didn’t work. I called the blue bell and a person came on but couldn’t hear me. Only got in because someone was leaving.

Pros:

Yes scene excellent. Hotel car parking space. Hotel desk staff was very helpful with my mother's dental needs. Find a dentist for her. Thank you!

Cons:

Room 18 level 4 main glass sliding door to the beach was very heavy. Rollers/wheels needs replacing.

Location was great and the spa area was a nice surprise

Cons:

Our room unit 28, was disgraceful. No privacy to the toilet as the door was jammed open, chair on Verandah was broken. Someone else’s hair on the bathroom floor and the floors still has crumbs from the last people. Shocking hard bed. The owner needs to spend some money and the managers need to keep on top of this instead of just taking people’s money .

It was a shame the apartment looked a little run down, but it still was a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

We loved the views, we could see the beach from 3 different angles and listen to the waves from the main living areas. The apartment is a great size all around and the complex is in a great location easy walk to the beach and shops. Pool was a great temperature with plenty of seating, in and out of the sun.

Cons:

The apartment itself could use some updates. The lounge and dining chairs were covered in cracks, the single beds are coming close to the end of life. As an adult using one, I could feel the springs when I sat on the bed. The shower head in the main bathroom needs fixing on to the shower rail and the cleaner could have been a bit more thorough.

The offer of a free taxi transfer from airport to the property did not occur, we expected the driver to be waiting for us with a sign with my name. after we collected the luggage, I called the driver who said he is a little late and asked us to meet him outside and gave me his car registration number, we kept looking for him among thousands of cars and after more than an hour we had to request for a Uber , a very bad start of our holiday

I loved the view. There were a lot of kithekn utensils that are not usually provided. Staff were very helpful.

The sound of construction. We were woken up most days at 6.30 am with banging, drilling and crashing noises. I would have liked to have been informed prior to booking that construction was happening so close to the apartment. There was a crane right outside my bedroom window.
I know the owner can’t control construction but they could inform clients so they can decide whether that is a deal breaker or not. It detracted from my holiday enjoyment. The unit and the view were great and this made up for it. I would just like to have known. Both my sister and I are on the aged pension and we saved a long time for this experience. The construction detracted a lot from our experience.

I would re book but smoking on the balcony from neighbours was not nice

Cons:

Smoking neighbours on balacony was very disappointing and the smell wafted through into our space whilst the balcony door was opened.
For myself it was a major issue as i had a small window of opportunity to sit outside and watch sunset (and it was the main reason i selected the property) on two of the 6 nights we stayed .Lucky that we were so busy the remaining evenings that we were not there to experience the issue further .

Room for 1 full day of stay. Cost of stay did not reflect inconvenience customers would endure or heads up at booking…. Lots of similar priced apartments in area.
Apartment had very strong odours on arrival, airing and air conditioner/ fans made little impact. That strong odour seems to be similar to dishwasher smell. I had to buy two glade plug in air diffusers for the stay.

We appreciated the prime location and the stunning views from the tenth floor

Cons:

We were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment. The ceiling fan exhibited significant dust accumulation, and the sofa was noticeably sandy. The floors also contained sand, and areas beneath tables and other furnishings remained unclean. Furthermore, some magazines located under the TV cabinet was inaccessible due to an extensive layer of dust, suggesting a prolonged period without cleaning. The window ledges were also exceptionally dusty.

We are providing a concise summary of our recent stay. This marks our second visit to this location, and we continue to appreciate its prime setting and exceptional views. However, we must express our concerns regarding the cleanliness of the apartment, which may lead us to reconsider future stays.
