We couldn’t stay, we left in the afternoon and found another apartment that was 100% better.

So close to the beach and the view was amazing

Cons:

Not a lot, it needs a revamp. Room was old and very cramped. The fry pan needs replacing, bugs have died in the light fittings which have never been cleaned, fan were dirty and laundry smelt like there was a blocked drain and we were given 4 pegs for a 7 day stay. The Bed was comfy and there was plenty of storage for your clothing. Public transport was unbeatable but the accomodation was very disappointing and unfortunately we will not be returning to Ocean Royale

Le prix demandé ne correspond pas au standing proposé.
D'autre part, après avoir été prélevé de 2 400 AU$(prix du séjour), 1 mois avant l'arrivée, je n'ai pas apprécié de devoir donner mes coordonnées de CB à l'interphone, à 20h30, afin de prélever une caution de 400 AU$, sans quoi on ne me laissait pas rentrer !!!
J'aurais pu faire cette démarche, le lendemain, lors du check in à l'accueil, dont la personne était très agréable au demeurant
Je considère que c'est un point très négatif et particulièrement irritant

Terrible service. Not what was advertised. Would not go again.

During our stay we tried to get back into the apartment after coming back from the shops and the lock froze up due to poor maintenance. We immediately called reception to report the faulty lock and they sent someone up to fix it. Which was a huge inconvenience as we had to wait at the apartment til fixed. Mentioning nothing about a cost as well as not apologising for the inconvenience. When we went to check out of our room they demanded us pay over $300 for their faulty lock. Not to mention the discourteous service from a lady who claimed to be the manager and Claimed the place was up to date with maintenance .What a joke! There were sliding doors in our room that had obvious corrosion near the door locks and the sliding door that you could barely open or close.

Very unclean and uncommunicative staff, plus the extra charge for not taking out rubbish in a place you are staying and not living at was a bit unnecessary and showed a lack of hospitality.

I made the most of my stay however I won’t return.
Pros:

The location to the beach was great.

Cons:

The property is extremely dated and dirty. Needs a lot of work. Has a stale smell and the carpark is leaking (possible from one of the pools)
