During our recent stay with our summer All Star Baseball team we were treated poorly by one staff member. On the second night of our stay the team was asked to leave the pool area due to other guest complaints about the noise and excitement the boys were exhibiting in the pool. On the previous night the boys were allowed to use the area with the same excitement and noise level (11 players and families, small space, hotel pool area, its loud regardless). The following night after a long day of playing the boys showed up to the use the pool around 9pm with only 1 hour before it closed and by 9:30pm they were asked to leave the area due to complaints by other guests. The staff was very passive aggressive with the comments towards the boys, she attempted to talk to a couple of them and was super rude vs. addressing an adult in the room and handling the situation with class and professionalism. After showing up in the pool area 2 times in the span of 20mins on the third time she came in and then asked the team to leave so other guests could use the pool and was short and rude to the players and parents of the team. I feel the situation could have been handled more professionally by the staff. Additionally, when walking by the pool after being asked to leave, no one else showed up before closing to use the pool. It was plain and simple to us that the hotel staff that night did not want to our boys ot use the pool area.

Love staying here many times to visit and share time with family. Wanted to make sure my room would be my choice so was able to check it out before check in! Perfect! Lots of pool and hot tub time and a great breakfast for the whole family! Queen suite is clean and spacious! Great BBQ set outside from the pool. Love it here!

All the staff was very friendly and the property was clean.
We only had working WiFi for one day of our stay, we went to Dunkin Donuts for WiFi the rest of the time. The beds were so uncomfortable that my husband and I took turns sleeping in a chair.

The only reason that I didn't rate this as excellent is that I wish that housekeeping had a better list of who had checked out as check out was at 11 and they first knocked at my door at 9 then again at 1030 I was there for a wedding, which didn't start until 3 so planned on departure as close to 11 as possible, so I felt rushed to leave.
Very friendly service.
Cost of a soda $5 dollars a bit steep.
