Pride Hotel, Chennai

located on a busy noisy road in the back half of hospital building! Maybe good once but now old and dated with worn furniture, stained curtains and sheets and worse was rooms smelling strongly of mold = most of my tour group got sniffles and sneezes and itchy eyes that was consistent with mold spore allergy. could not recommend to stay.

Very good and comfortable stay. Kishor at front desk, deepak at house keeping and meenu ma'am at reservation supported very well. Courteous staff

Room is Good stay is really Good i love the atmospheric and reception staff are very help full espaccily kishore and aanchal and They did great job

The location were accessible for daily commute and rooms were good and they had a good staffs and maintain properly. Food was also nice.

I had a good experience with the stay in the Hotel for a week.
Mr Kishort from the desk was very helpful with all formalities at Check-in and check out.
Hotel Location is close to Central Stationa and Metro station.

Recently visited Chennai for medicals and yesterday i am not gone any where but came to pride hotel I enquired about Room Dr Ravi Rangan kkr hospital doctor refer here really thank M.kishoth in front desk and he helped for luggage also thank you

Great stay. Though the rooms were a bit small, it was cozy. The staff was very friendly, especially the front office staff Kishore and Vicky.

Once came to reception people given wom welcome and specifically Mr. Kishoth and Sahana really thank them and food is really good and service Staf Mr Gowth really help full and thank to House keeping team my room clenning really nice appricate to the staffs

Overall of pride hotel staff are kind welcome specially Mr.Kishoth in front he welcome me very wonderful welcome with neckless and we taken pick House keeping Mr.vicky and sriram really help full and dining staff sangetha

My experience have been amazing. All staff have treated me as one of the family in the hotel. Specially I would like to highlight to Mr Kishoth.
I will never be able to appreciate enough their daily efforts

Stayed at this hotel in October 2025. Had booked the Deluxe room which turned out to be extremely run down. Poor cleanliness, no hot water, Payed extra and upgraded to the premium room. That room, though slightly better, was not premium with the bath tub being extremely dirty and the shower fittings not working properly.

We got a good hospitality with Deepankar and Kishoth in the hotel and extreme helpful.
Room service was good and quick..i am satisfied with the tea provided. The way guests are given attention. The only challenge was with the dispensar in the bathroom which was not working propeely. But overall it was Good

Stayed for 2 nights in September.
The location is opposite Nehru Park metro station.
This place is a completely disaster in experience in all aspects.
Room size moderate
Smallest bathroom with cement patches
Dated rooms need serious makeover
Multiple cockroaches found in the room
Dirty bathroom curtains
Dirty grey coloured towels
No Mini fridge in the room
WiFi connectivity frequently interrupted (5th floor as well as 9th floor)
Smallest lift size (2 nos) without proper sensors leading to waste of time as lift movement is without basic logic.
Puran da dhaba on the top floor - lousy looking restaurant with menu printed on black and white dirty paper

Breakfast restaurant
Dinner buffet had no proper placards for the food - only piece of paper printed like a chit on display
For soup they don’t have crockery , when asked for soup bowl they said it will served only in Tea mugs- hilarious !
The only silver lining was lady head staff in bf restaurant who was very prompt and quick in service.
Despite complaining in the morning about cockroach menace , they did not clean the room and made false claim of pest control being done.All the picture and video evidences were shown to the Manager.
Room reservation in their system was showing different guest name and government ID.
This is a serious breach which could lead to potential inconvenience to guest.
The overall approach was very casual.

Room change was done but no basic responsibility to ensure to check availability of bathroom mat and Toilet paper roll availability despitof taking one hour to switch.
Suggestion to management is instead of argumenting with guests get seriousness in overall administration

We didn’t find any value for money.
Don’t waste your money here

The rooms are too good and the service is exceptional.
Rahul from the housekeeping was super helpful.
The hotel really compares with the big names in the city
