Pros:

Absolutely wonderful Villa! Comfy beds, great pool, delicious breakfast with really big selection (I appreciated fresh strawberries and smoked salmon the most) and masseuse with and really meticulous care. I came to escape the heat and relax after the conference and it was the best choice possible.

Le spa, l’accueil, le soin, la piscine.

Cons:

Le fait d’être à la cave. On entent tout de la chambre quand les gens vont au spa. On a du passage, donc c’est moins agréable.
On a l’impression d’être dans une cage, car on n’a pas de lumière du soleil pour illuminer la chambre. On était obligé de fermer les rideaux car une porte à l’accès du spa donnait sur notre chambre.
On s’attendait à voir dans la rue, le paysage. Pas du tout.

Alles in allem wirklich gut, aber nicht perfekt.
Pros:

Zimmer waren sehr schön, sehr geräumig und modern. Schönes Bad, getrennte Toilette. Gemütliches Bett. Im Allgemeinen ein schönes Hotel und die Lage ist gut, sehr ruhig und entspannend.

Cons:

Wir hatten am ersten Morgen Ameisen im Bad. Kühlschrank war defekt. Parkmöglichkeiten schlecht, man konnte nur teuer in Hotelnähe parken.

Lors de mon premier séjour, j’ai eu un véritable coup de cœur pour cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, la propreté, les prestations et l’ambiance. C’était même devenu mon hôtel préféré à Strasbourg, raison pour laquelle j’ai décidé d’y revenir une deuxième fois.

Malheureusement, cette seconde expérience a été très décevante. Je n’ai pas retrouvé la qualité de service et l’attention qui m’avaient tant plu lors de mon premier séjour. Cette différence a été d’autant plus décevante que j’avais de grandes attentes en revenant.

C’est vraiment dommage, car j’avais gardé un excellent souvenir de ma première visite. J’espère sincèrement que cette expérience n’était qu’un incident isolé et que l’établissement retrouvera le niveau de qualité qui m’avait séduite la première fois.
