Très bel endroit lorsque nous revenons sur Strasbourg
Pros:

Pour y avoir séjourné déjà plusieurs fois, l’hôtel est très bien placé, les chambres spacieuses et propres , le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié

Cons:

L’accueil pour 20mn de retard sur un soin prévu….
Qui a pu être réglé , heureusement 😅

Hôtel luxueux et parfaitement situé
Pros:

Le cadre est top, le service impeccable, la literie extrêmement confortable, la décoration et l’ambiance particulièrement soignée, et enfin un petit déjeuner exquis .

Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute (merci encore pour le petit mot d’anniversaire laissé dans la chambre !). Chambre propre et literie confortable. Accès au SPA vraiment appréciable.

Cons:

Un petit bémol sur l’insonorisation des chambres et la température de l’eau du jacuzzi un peu trop fraîche.

The room was very spacious, location is very quiet and safe, 5 minutes walk to bus station and bus is 5 minutes in city center.

Very clean, large rooms. Good base to explore Strasbourg
Pros:

In the quiet diplomatic quarter close to the orangery park. Big room with balcony, clean. Great breakfast

Cons:

There were no massage or treatments available during our stay bit was a holiday weekend but we didn’t know when booking and always take treatments so this was a disappointment
