Hotell on väsinud ja kulunud näoga. Parimaks osaks on saunad ja hommikusöök.

Saunad olid head. Hommikusöök ja kohv oli hea.

Cons:

SPA-ala suur bassein oli ülijahe. Reaalselt ei olnud võimalik seal ujuda üle minuti. SPA on ikka mõnulemise koht, aga see kokkuhoid peletab küll kliente eemale. Ka ei tehtud vahekoristust, ega isegi ei küsitud kas ma seda soovin, kuigi ööbisin 2 ööd. Ka infoleti teenindaja teisel päeval ei vaevunud isegi teretama. Hotell vajab hädasti värskendusremonti - kraanikausid pragudega jne.

Pros:

Hommikusöök oli väga maitsev. Spaas oli võimalik süüa ja jooke osta, saunu oli palju ja oli olemas ka õuesaun. Vaade oli ilus ja asukoht ka Kuressaare kesklinnas. Spaa oli puhas ja tuba hubane ja ilus.

Cons:

Susse ei olnud toas, basseinid olid natukene külmad ja saunad olid väga kuumad, rohkem kui ukse peal silt oli. Toas ei olnud veekeedukannu.

Meeldis deluxe toa asetus 3. korrusel ja suurema hea vaatega rõdu olemasolu. Spa oli mõnus hubane. Meeldis, et nädalavahetusel oli hommikusöök kuni kella 11ni ja hiline check out 13ni oli tasuta. TV ja vann olid head. Üldiselt olen külastusega rahul.

Cons:

Tuba oli parajalt suur kuid võiks olla toas ka nagisid ja rohkem riiuleid asjade paigutamiseks. Võiks olla paremad riidepuud. Kardinad, voodikate vms tekitasid palju staatilist elektrit. Spaa võiks nädalavahetuse olla lahti 23ni.
