Худшее спа в котором приходилось «отдыхать» в Эстонии

Удобное месторасположение; вкусные завтраки, большой выбор, на любой вкус

Cons:

В спа везде было грязно . Холодная вода в бассейне, в джакузи было много песка, лежаки грязные, липкие. Сушилки нет нигде в отеле , в номере купальники сушить тоже негде, радиаторы холодные, змеевика нет, зато в номере есть мокрицы и грязь. Чайника нет, тапочек банных нет, воды в бутылках нет, из душа льет кипяток, ждать надо ~15 минут , чтоб принять душ. Персонал на ресепшене непрофессиональный, неприветливый мягко говоря. Парковка маленькая, на вторую ночь искали место в округе. Детских никаких принадлежностей нет, включая горшок , но деньги за ребёнка непременно возьмут и дадут аж раскладушку. Бонусом к вышеперечисленному ночью кто-то покусал в кровати.

Tule Grand Rose sa...
Pros:

Suur tuba oli hea üllatus.
Saunarituaalid erinevad olid nii mega head, nautisime kogu perega. Sheavõi pehmus ja mõnus aroom kestis järgmiselgi päeval.
Lapse lisavoodi tasu ei võetud - kiitus !
Koolivaheajal hindu ei tuubeldatud - kiitus !
Köögile au ja kiitus - nii imelisi krevette ei ole kusagil saanud, selle nimel peame uuesti tulema.

Relaxing stay with family
Pros:

Great little family holiday with 3 generations from 5 years to 72 years.
Good hotel rooms, clean, comfortable temperature.
Great customer service. Although there were some noisy guests, reception staff handled everything quickly and professionally and we had a great sleep. Hotel staff is an asset, really made us feel welcome and took care of everything.
Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts ive ever had at that price point. Again, breakfast service staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive.
Lots of saunas to choose from, pools were good too. They even have bathrobes for the little kids, so cute!
And location is the best of course - right in the city centre. Within walking distance to all main attractions, eateries, art/craft shops.

Cons:

Problem getting shower gel in bathroom filled - eventually done by receptionist. Room not serviced when requested.
