Good location and cosy terrace.
Pros:

Location and terrace. Reception was very polite

Cons:

Standard rooms on first floor just does not have air. Closing windows at the street not an option. Bathroom has no ventilation. We changed to suite which did not have shower, just bath. Minibar was powered on but completely empty. Strange. Janitor started its cleaning at 10 AM being very noisy

Kuna vajasin majutust kesklinnas, siis vaatasin vigadele läbi sõrmede. Järgmine kord valin teise koha

Cons:

Parkla puudumine majutuse juures. Dušši segisti ei sulgunud ja tilkus. Kraanikausi segisti tihend lekkis. Telefoni laadimiseks oli vaid üks pistik ja seegi laua all(öökapide juures ei olnud mitte ühtegi). Hommikumantlid olid väga pleekinud ja kulunud. Kulunud sedavõrd, et kraed ja vööd olid narmastes ja auklikud. Klientide liigitamine hommikumantlite värvide alusel on samuti mage.

Vastinetta rahoille!
Pros:

Grand Rosessa on todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Paikan sijainti on erinomainen. Kylpyläosasto on sopivan kokoinen ja saunavaihtoehtoja riittää.
Huoneet ovat siistejä ja aamupala on myös hyvä.
Grand Rosessa on myös viihtyisä kesäterassi.

Pros:

Spaa ja saunakeskuse ala oli väga okei. Hommikusöök oli mitmekesine ja maitsev. Teenindajad sõbralikud ja meeldivad.

Cons:

Tuba milles peatusin (222) on üsna amortiseerunud.. Dušširuum oli vana ja räämas, vee kahjustused, toa vaip vana ja kulunud, seinad väga määrdunud ja kulunud, ämblikuvõrgud. Pisike katuseaken, pime ja mõtetu tuba. Voodi oli vähemalt puhas ja hea oli magada. Sama hinna eest sain Rakvere Aqua Spaas rõduga toa, imepuhas ja korralik dušširuum. Veits pettunud. Kahju et pilte ei teinud, mida lisada tagasisidesse.
