The property was so amazing. It was right off the beach, not far from the sea lions.
They do not tell you that you have to check in on a little screen. I was not impressed with that. You could not talk to anyone yet. The washer and dryer still use queens that made no sense to me.

Hotel was nice, clean, and safe.
The price was really high! 2 nights for $580. And the our room was not cleaned. We ran out of toilet paper and used our coffee and creamer thinking we would get more the next day. We didn’t. For the price I expected top service
Absolut kundenunfreundlich! Ich habe tatsächlich noch nie so eine schlechte Bewertung gegeben und ich war schon in hunderten Hotels weltweit. Aber das war unverschämt.
Sehr Kundenunfreundlich! Wenn man es unbedingt buchen will/ muss, dann nur mit tagleicher Stornierungsoption! Als wir anreisen wollten, gab es ein grosses Rock Fire und die 395 wurde über Nacht komplett gesperrt, sodass wir nicht wie geplant anreisen konnten! Ich habe dann freundlich mit Verweis auf das Feuer angefragt, ob wir bitte canceln könnten. Die einzige kurze Antwort ohne Anrede und Grußformel war "too late to cancel". Ich bin Vielreisende und schon überall auf der Welt unterwegs, aber sowas ist mir ehrlich noch nicht passiert! Also Achtung bei diesem Hotel! Nur buchen, wenn man am gleichen Tag noch canceln kann! Also absolut nicht geeignet für Familien!
We were travelling to Las Vegas with our family, so the hotel’s proximity to the I-15 highway was a plus. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were very kind. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of hot dishes.
