Its was in a decent location

Cons:

It was hot, some staff was rude or couldn't be bothered the sitting area seat , torn and outdated, ice machines weren't working.the fridge i. Room leaked, couldn't use it. No drawers for clothes and 1 chair for sitting not great. Everything g was charge as an add on if u needed it. Not worth it. Parking lot clean safe

La ubicación excelente, la habitación que nos tocó, estaba enseguida de alguien que traía un perro y ladraba mucho, no tiene extractor el baño, no había jabón en los recipientes, todo se oye, hasta la persona de enseguida haciendo del baño, las papeleras no estaba limpias había basura y un calcetín debajo del mueble del baño osea que no hacen bien la limpieza, solo por donde la suegra vea.

Cons:

La limpieza podría estar supervisada , poner extractor a los baños, el acceso al hotel está rebuscado, no entras desde la carretera sino por una gasolinera, y que limpien el terreno de enfrente del hotel da mal aspecto y crea muchos animales

Pros:

Staff was very nice, but struggling with the facilities not taken care of.

Cons:

All the ice makers down, hall ways smelled of mildew. Had water leaks. From bathrooms. Not safe to stay or for the staff. The owner should sell to a responsible person.

I expected better rooms that what I had. The lobby and breakfast area were ok.
Pros:

Some of the staff was very accomodating, polite and tried to improve my room situation but another staffer that was there most often although having a pleasant smile was more occupied with her phone that acknowledging me.

Cons:

The first room I was to check into on the second floor the door could not be opened when I came to the front desk since I was traveling with a dog I was offered a first floor room 106. The staff failed to inform me that the electrical outlets did not work bedside or in the bathroom, I had to go to my event with wet hair as I had no time to explore if it was an outlet situation or a hair dryer problem. The room door did not close properly and by my 3rd night it would not lock at all and I was moved to yet a third room. I took my dog out of the side doors to relieve herself but was unable to use a key fob to come back in that way and had to return to the front lobby to reach my room. When I asked about that I was told that happpens some time. Later I was told that both my room and the hall exit door was a known problem and they were waiting on a electrician who had done a shoddy job initially. Also the grass around the property was quite tall and there were some trip hazards like garden hoses left out and cinder blocks. The hallway on my side of the property smelled extremely musty and damp. The room did not smell bad or other areas of the hotel were ok.

The worst day ever

Cons:

The rooms were not clean. There was dirt stains all in the bath. Inadequate lighting. The thermostat was reading 82 the whole time.. we were there for a baseball tournament in the pool was inoperable
