The property can use an upgrade. But excellent for the money

Too loud, after turning off the air condition still very loud. Like on airplane.
Carpet, pillow are not clean ...

Good hotel. Room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast had a nice variety of food to choose from. Really great value. A big mall with a supermarket was right across the street—definite bonus.

THE PROPERTY IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND THE ROOM WAS VERY GOOD...VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE STAFF...GREAT CENTRALIZED LOCATION...VERY GOOD BREAKFAST BUFFET!

A little old, need don't real maintenance. The bathroom needs done work in the plumbing. Other than that it is great

• Lokasinya strategis krn terletak tepat di tengah Kota Semarang sehingga aksesibilitas nya mudah.
• Kamarnya besar & nyaman. Oh iya dan kedap suara.
• Karyawannya ramah. Terutama mba di resepsionis yang sdh sangat membantu dlm proses refund.

• Di kamar kami lt.9, sehari sebelum keluar terdapat bau pesing yang berasal dari AC (mungkin).
• Siaran TVnya banyak yg hilang / mengalami gangguan.

It was an amazing stay and as name under accord group IBIS is well maintained cozy and pleasent stay... Suggestions if they can improve breakfast menu.

All the staff were so friendly and polite , Zeti at the front desk and also the room service staff , bell boy was very helpful we will be back again to Ibis Semarang , thank you .

空港から20分で到着する便利なホテル。ショッピングモールやデパートもある買い物には困らない立地。

The reception staff was not friendly. The room was very run down e.g the entrance door was broken, the wall in the hotel was dirty, the bedsheet also old and seem not change from the previous stay. The breakfast food was not nice at all.

Staff is wonderful at this property. Very friendly, polite, professional. Thanks to the team and their excellent attitudes and hospitality, this was not a complete disappointment. I can NOT be the first to point out how bad the physical state of this property is. If I had not pre-paid, I would have stayed elsewhere after seeing the room. FILTHY! Bathroom had the vague smell of sewage. Mold was in the shower and around the sink. Floor was not clean. Bed linen was HORRIBLE! Towels smelled after slight wetness like drying hands. Nothing other than floor towel and bath towel provided, but ONLY after requesting them. Bleach needs to be used and linen needs to be replaced periodically. Whatever year this property was opened was likely the only time anything was replaced or renovated. Everything at the Ibis Semarang Hotel needs to be replaced, but this will not happen because as stated before many others MUST have made similar obsevations in the past, yet the property is still aweful. I wish I had the foresight to have checked. Accor should be embarassed and should do the right thing. Will they? Why have they not yet done anything?
