Excellent stay
Pros:

Location is perfect for visiting family and conveniently located right off the interstate.

Cons:

The price for one night could be more competitive for the region. I literally could have saved $100 by staying at the other hotels. I chose loyalty instead this time.

Though the staff was friendly, the facilities are not up to par.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat the breakfast as we had other plans so can’t comment on that.

Cons:

We arrived at the room and first noticed that the Wi-Fi did not work. Throughout our stay, the Wi-Fi was very poor.
We attempted to turn on the TV using the remote which did not work. When opening the remote, we saw there was only one battery in the remote.
We turned the heat on in the room, and the heater immediately put off a horrid smell into the room.
As we were preparing for bed, we saw there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom so I had to go to the front desk to get extra rolls.
The next day, my husband went to the exercise room to use the treadmill, which was broken.

Average hotel which we will probably will not stay at again.
Pros:

It's about what we expected as a facility as we have stayed there before due to having family in the area.

Cons:

Stayed two nights. The room did not get cleaned after the first night with no forewarning. It would have nice to have had the bed made and some fresh towels delivered to the room (at a minimum).
