Bad smell, dirty rooms and bad customer service from the guy on the front desk
Pros:

La ubicación/ the location is the only good thing about this place

Cons:

Está sucio, no lavan bien las alfombras y tiene muy mal olor. The place looks dirty, the carpets look old and they stink

Value for dollar and good location for our vacation.
Pros:

Spacious room, great water pressure for the shower. The breakfast was also good.

Cons:

The air conditioner was on the fritz but we chose not to move rooms as we had an East facing room.

Dirty room
Pros:

I loved the location it was close to restaurants wasn't too far from my venue that in all was good

Cons:

What I didn't like at all on how dirty the bedding was had stains the furniture was dusty the room didn't smell clean the bottom part of the skirt to the bed had stains the mattress protector was torn housekeepers need to do better those rooms need to be inspected better by supervisor in all the comfort suites that we have stayed this location by far was the worst we've stayed at. Even the walls were dirty looked like someone spilled syrup on them and headboards you can see handprints whoever checks those rooms needs to be retrained I'm so disappointed spent almost $400 to stay in a nasty room was not worth it especially in this time that we are struggling to find good help but at least take pride in your work people pay money to stay in your hotel!

Cons:

A pia do meu banheiro estava entupida e também o chuveiro estava estragado. Pedimos para arrumar e eles arrumaram, porém no primeiro dia não teve nem como usar a pia do banheiro.
