Omg that intelligent educated 😍 wonderful lady at the desk. She's so amazing and respectful. It took her a min to find my booking room though but she's amazing sweet soul. Great view from 4th floor and closr to universal resort.

Room was comfortable and well kept, staff was very nice abd profesional, WiFi was good. Location was perfect for us, just a few miles from the Universal Kids.
Breakfast was basic but OK for one day. The main problem, we found, was the reduced space to move near the drinks/food areas.
The hotel was very clean, the indoor pool was a big hit with my kiddo, and breakfast was tasty. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. Every request I made was satisfied. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. The pricing was very fair as well especially with all the amenities, indoor pool with hot tub, and included breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay

First of all I liked it all especially James he was amazing person person!!! Very polite respectful, helpful. I can say he's so cool ☺️. I hope he's always there working with your company because you guys need someone like him. All the staff are nice too but James is one of the good ones!
