Personale gentile, posizione ottima, tutto a posto in camera.
Pros:

Buona posizione da cui si possono faclmente raggiungere a piedi la stazione dei treni, quella delle corriere (autobus extraurbani) e dei bus urbani. A pochi passi vari ristoranti , il museo e la passeggiata per i prati lungo il fiume.
Colazione buona.
Personale molto gentile e collaborativo.

The room was decent ,the staff was friendly, and the location was ideall
Pros:

Breakfast decent - they kept it very clean - almost too clean LOL I was still serving myself potatoes and I put the spoon down for a moment to adjustthe dish in my hand, and attendant came over ) and straightened the spoon because I had put it down crooked I guess. I picked it back up, opened the lid, continued to serve myself. I made a hot cocoa for my daughter to take back to the room. Placed it on the counter near the hot cocoa and moved one counter over to get a paper towel or something, and the cocoa with the lid on it was thrown out immediately, no big deal just made a fresh one. I understand you want to keep it clean but give us a second to move around!
The front desk staff was very helpful when I informed them there was no shower gel at all not even a squirt that she did offer to replace but I didn't want to disturb my kids who were still upstairs sleeping. She also offered to get a new blow dryer for us as ours snap crackled and blue smoke so I turned it off and unplugged it and didn't try again.

Bathroom had an odd order a couple of times but not steadily. Multiple hairs on bathroom floor behind the door when we arrived and a hair on the gel in the shower, but nothing major


We were not thrilled that directly outside our window was a parking garage.. as we could hear people chatting in there right through our window and there was no view whatsoever except the cement of the parking garage and the vehicles inside.. but we are in the middle of the city and certainly did not expect any astounding views
