Great trip to visit family
Pros:

Breakfast was good and very clean. Great location. We have stayed there before while visiting family.

Cons:

I could hear people next to us come in late around 3am. They were noisy. Maybe not have someone right next to us if not full.

Overall the stay was fine, the above are just some things that our family looks for when staying somewhere.
Pros:

Close and convenient for what we needed it for. Clean and friendly.

Cons:

All areas (lobby, hall, and room) were freezing as temps had dropped to near freezing. I requested two of the comforters (heavy blankets) so that I could make sure our child stayed warm and the overnight clerk said they couldn’t provide then heavy ones just the light blankets.

While I understand policy, when you can clearly tell a customer is asking for the well being of a child (because it was stated), I would think that would be an option available to the guests.

Breakfast was ok. The sausage wasn’t “breakfast” sausage like sausage patties or links and didn’t go well with our breakfast.

Overall, the stay was good, just put more variety of item on the hot buffet. Not everyone likes the same things. Have a choice between the sweet potatoes and regular potatoes. Bacon or sausage. Add toppings for eggs, etc. shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc.

Pros:

The room smelled of urine and a nursing home. Definitely over priced. Rooms need updated, floors cleans. Would not stay again.

Pros:

Room was very stuffy and smelled bad and no way to open the window, a little run down for the price. Lamp was all messed up, paint peeling, and again the smell of stale stinky air in the room. Potatoes and eggs were ice cold at breakfast despite being in a warmer. But common areas look nice. but I survived the night, nice it’s pet friendly. Bed was okay. 6/10

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Pool and gym were very clean. Breakfast is good enough for what I expected. The room we were given had an odor that we couldn’t quite figure out and it was noticeable when we first walked in. I attributed it to the age of the hotel be it water damage or what not. Overall a good hotel.

Room was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mexican restaurant was right across the parking lot. We walked and the food was delicious. Lots of shops very close. Excellent location.
