Overall a Good Stay
Pros:

The bedding and furniture; gourmet coffee is very good.

Cons:

A plug-in air fresher was masking an odd odor. I had to unplug it because it was too strong, but as it faded the odor it was masking came out. Only has one elevator-lots of waiting for it. Chairs in breakfast room make a terrible sound when moving them.

Great spot for one and done - not great or well maintained.
Pros:

Upon checking in, Ashta (sp?) was wonderful. We were tired, she was uplifting and kind. She was efficient and took care of our check-in and getting set-up.

Cons:

The room was unclean and not well taken care of. There was visible hanging dust clusters on the wall boards over the window. When we wanted to extend our reservation, the (not Ashta) was not great. She totally cancelled our reservation, required us to provide (again) a photo id and she copied it - why?? What is she doing with that copy of my state issued ID?
She then had to re-program new keys, disabling our existing keys. When I informed her of the filthiness of the room, she wanted us to let the cleaners come in and clean the room. That was not acceptable. - no other option but to live with the hanging dust clusters and hope it didn't end up in my bag, bed, or face.
