We stayed here a few days on a mini vacation. Very clean and staff was so friendly.

Pros:

Reservamos por 1 noche pero extendimos para 1 noche más, Rich Whiteman en recepción fue realmente excelente, amable y cordial. Felicitaciones para él, galletas de bienvenida para check in, café 24h y el Desayuno 9/10, comedor amplio. El Hotel queda a 20min de Madeira Beach y 23min de Clearwater beach. Ubicación buena para visitar ambas playas. La habitación es grande, muy espaciosa, el baño tiene tina, shampoo, jabón y acondicionador grandes en sector de ducha. Ideal para ir con niños. Esta a 30 metros de Walmart y restaurantes a menos de 3min en automóvil
Descansamos bien, sector tranquilo y muy poco ruido..
Lavandería con monedas de 25c total us4 por lavado o secado, funcionó 100%

Convenient hotel for Tampa airport
Pros:

Amazing staff, super helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

The noise from the road, we requested to be moved further back without any issues on our 2nd night.

Great customer service, clean rooms, comfy beds, I would recommend this to family and friends.
Pros:

The gentleman that took care of my check in was the sweetest man.we checked in around 3:30 I dont remember his name but he should be recognize for his customer service. He truely went above and beyond.
The rooms were very nice and clean. The beds were so comfortable I wish I could have taken it home with me.
We had an early flight but we will definitely return to this hotel again.

Cons:

No complaints from us. But a hot tub would be a great addition.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The staff was rude and the Indian guy that work the night shift had a really bad attitude. You can even understand nothing when he was speaking. Horrible. I don't know how they have people that can barely speak English working on a front desk. That's insane.

Pros:

The night shift receptionist was very cordial and sweet, he provided all information that we needed.

Cons:

The room was so small even to be a jr suit, the room was so dirty, a lot of cigarettes behind the couch, the rum had dust in the bed and wallsand behind of sofa. Not soap to shower and not enough towels and toilet paper for 3 days stay.
They didnt refill the breakfast, I asked for yogurt and just said ia over and thats it.
Definitely I wont stay in that hotel any more.
And I have to say that I paid areound $250 a night o more for 0 star hotel

Cons:

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean upon arrival. The sheets had visible stains, and even worse, there was food found in between the sheets. That is completely unacceptable for any hotel standard.

I also attempted to address this issue by reaching out to the manager multiple times via text and email, but it has now been three weeks with no response. Every time I call the hotel, I’m told the manager is not available. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional to be unable to get in contact with management for this long. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Carpets need cleaned. Kept stepping in sticky mess in my room. A/c didnt work right in our room but at midnight they did give us a different room. The $300 deposit is rediculous.
