Location is between 3 vary busy roadways and the traffic was nonstop. Very difficult to get a good night's sleep
In Dulge needs to up their service. We were the only patrons in the restaurant and still they got our order wrong. Being Christian we dont drink alcohol. We ordered milkshakes and were given Predros. What would have happened if we were muslim or hindu? Or worse a recovering Alcoholic? Very poor to say the least. Our first choice of dessert could also not be served. Had to take second best.

A hotel brand with the stature and global presence of Holiday Inn should understand that its guests come from all walks of life and from different parts of the world, including both business travellers and tourists.
I would like to come straight to the point: hotels of this standard should provide a provision for a jet spray/bidet in the toilet, so that guests can properly clean themselves after using the toilet.
This is not merely a matter of convenience. For many people, particularly from Asian countries and parts of North Africa and the Middle East, washing with water after using the toilet is deeply rooted in their culture and is considered an essential part of personal hygiene.
I was therefore quite disappointed not to find this basic facility in a Holiday Inn property. A hotel with such a strong international presence should ideally take into consideration the different hygiene practices and expectations of its global guests.
Installing a jet spray or providing an appropriate alternative does not involve a significant cost, but it can make a meaningful difference to the comfort and overall experience of many guests.
I hope Holiday Inn will consider this feedback seriously and look at providing this facility across its properties, particularly in markets where water-based hygiene is an important part of everyday life.
