I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again.

Perfect and comfortable!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We were traveling for a hockey tournament. The kids can be very rambunctious and loud and the staff handled them very well.

Cons:

The elevator has a strong mildew smell. That’s the only negative I have to say about the stay. I am pregnant and my sense of smell is extremely heightened!

There can be many improvements at the hotel with renovations and deep cleaning.
Pros:

Coffee and warm water in the swimming pool.

Cons:

Deep cleaning due to my bad allergies in the room, #318, toliet issues with plumbing from the room and on the first floor, breakfast food was dry and needs to be improved and have fresh food, hot tub was not working, and the elevator needs to be cleaned. The lady in the front desk did not look at me when my daughter asked for a permission about the parking for the car before we left. That lady told me to ask Booking.com for the refund after I asked if there would be discounts.

Pros:

Rooms were spacious, very clean, water seemed to be soft which was really nice. Staff was helpful, courteous. They have plenty of parking especially for pickups with trailers.

Cons:

The only issues I found which were not a huge deal, not much for snack vending machines and you can hear almost through the walls.
