Pros:

Stay at microtell alot and most the time everything is very nice

Cons:

Room floors were very dirty, spiders in the room. The AC unit smelled and was completely filled with bugs. No room service the few days we were there

Cons:

The main door to the hotel had a terrible noise every time it opened/closed. Room 214 was right above the door, so up to 11:30pm and then starting at 3:30 am the noise carried up to room 214. A quality sleep was difficult to obtain. We were told the door has been an issue for a while

The room and all areas were very cleaned and well maintained.plenty of space.

Small but clean room.
Pros:

Employee checking us in was a big plus. She seemed to be balancing many balls during the time we were there.

Cons:

Smallest room we have ever stayed in. No place to hang cloths and barely away counter place in bathroom for toiletries.

Automatic doors can be heard everytime someone walks through. Even on the 2 nd fl. Bed and pillows are very uncomfortable.

I was surprised to find that there really was no place to hang up your clothes except a couple of knobs. In addition I was traveling for several events and when I went to press my clothes there was no ironing board, no iron and no clothes hangers. I had to run out to buy wrinkle release and hangers. I think nota good situation for people traveling!

Quiet. Check-in staff was helpful and kind as she trained a new employee. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Bathtub was dirty. Floors felt sticky and not cleaned. Sink cabinet was falling off the wall in the bathroom. Air conditioner was not calibrated and was either freezing cold or warm and humid. Breakfast was pretty limited. One of the morning front desk staff was not helpful and didn't seem interested in being helpful.

Would stay again
Pros:

Clean room, friendly staff, morning breakfast. Didn't have a chance to use the fitness/pool area. Good price point. Easy to find on the south side of town and within walking distance to several services (restaurants, convenience centers, etc.)

Pros:

Breakfast was disgusting the eggs, tasted like vomit. The wifi didnt work our entire stay. And the bed mise well be made out of cement!! Overall terrible experience.
