Dirty, clearly hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned (there was an empty facial pkg on the desk, a pill under the bed). Staff wasn’t friendly. Never greeted you when we walked by the front desk. Early morning hours could hear people talking (had to have been staff as it wasn’t loud or obnoxious).

Enjoyable visit
Pros:

Recommending this location because of the cleanliness and comfortable rooms. The late night front desk person was professional and helpful when the TV remote didn't work.

Very relaxing definitely would come back
Pros:

Places to sit outside and the pool and hot tub were wonderful

Cons:

I woke up at 4am to the room next to us alarm going off for an hour! Super annoying but the staff called right away to tell them to turn it off

Pros:

Stay at microtell alot and most the time everything is very nice

Cons:

Room floors were very dirty, spiders in the room. The AC unit smelled and was completely filled with bugs. No room service the few days we were there

Cons:

The main door to the hotel had a terrible noise every time it opened/closed. Room 214 was right above the door, so up to 11:30pm and then starting at 3:30 am the noise carried up to room 214. A quality sleep was difficult to obtain. We were told the door has been an issue for a while
