If 0 was an option that is what they would receive. We arrived on 9/4. Our first room smelled of weed. It was so strong my daughter was getting a headache. We asked for a second room, this one smelled of mildew and the pull out bed was broken. While I went downstairs to discuss my husband saw 2 roaches in the room. The third room luckily didnt smell but the bed was broken.. At this point I was quite frustrated but tried to keep my cool. The gentleman told me he had one more room available and went to check the pull out bed. It worked and he left it open for me. Once I saw the bed I said absolutely not and asked for a refund. He offered me the refund and we left and booked another hotel. It has now been 2 weeks. I was told I would get my refund last Monday, as of today I did not receive it and reached out. I was told they forgot and would complete it now. Well my card was charged again! I reached out and they said that was the "process" so charge me again and then refund me that amount, but the original amount never refunded... I contacted my credit union and they agreed that this seemed like they were scamming me and immediately got involved. They have the excuse that they are remodeling, but it was just so nasty. I paid 60 dollars more for two nights and when to the Holiday inn down the street and it was well worth it.

We were here for 3 nights for softball. Great location, easy to get to food and shopping. We all slept great. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast. Staff was always very nice. We would stay again if in the area.

We were driving back to FL from NY. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but the room was clean and quiet!

It was a quiet stay. The hotel had a nice pool & friendly staff

The breakfast was wonderful. The lady who worked Saturday and Sunday made sure food was fully stocked. The man that worked the shift, kept his composer even when the parents were letting there kids run wild. He did good with maintaining the front desk and also made sure I received blanket and sheets for the pull out sofa

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We were so excited for a relaxing weekend, my family of 10 booked 2 large joined rooms. Beds were broken, rooms were smelly and dirty. Carpet was gross, chunks of hair in the showers. I’m thankful the bed linens were clean and breakfast was decent. The staff tried to accommodate us, putting us in different rooms but those rooms had broken beds and one smelled like dog urine so bad it made my eyes water the minute I walked in the door. The pool room looked like it hadn’t had much upkeep at all and the whole hotel looked really run down. Because we booked through Expedia the staff said they were unable to refund us any money so we were out hundreds if we went to another hotel and we honestly couldn’t afford to. It was horrible and we felt stuck.

Our room keys never worked!

The reviews was the hotel were very good. I would disagree. The hotel was fully booked which was good. However every floor was half blocked off due to construction. The moment you entered the lobby all you could smell and feel was the over chlorinated pole, which means they are not trying to balance the chemicals. It burned our eyes all evening long. The carpets on the floor in the hallway were coming up and made it very difficult to move the trolley with our bags on them and this appeared to be on every floor as we had multiple rooms on different floors the bathroom the tile was coming up and the walls were bubbling. The heat thermostat on the wall completely fell off when we touched it and appeared. It was never even connected to anything it was a false item so why it was there we do not know the breakfast in the morning was decent however there was no fresh fruit or anything besides bagels and waffles and did not appear to be replenished as it ran out the plow couch that we have in both rooms did not have sheets and we requested multiple times to have sheets so we ended up just sleeping on the couch without pulling it out as the mattress inside the couch was torn in several places there were chips all over the walls in the room. I would not recommend this if you were staying more than one night. It was fine for the one night however, the walls are dirty. Many of the outlets do not work.

The room was a mess. Food on the counter from a previous guest. The couch was pulled apart and the bed half way out.

Stop over for return from a longer trip and an exploratory visit

The location is quiet and convenient, but much of it is well worn, such as stretch marks in the hallway carpeting. Apparently though, this process is under way since half of my floor was cordoned off with plastic sheets. Everything about the room was nice, but just needed new replacements. Once updated, this will be a very nice location.

I would not recommend this property. It was old and run down. They advertised a gym facility that was under construction but failed to notify me before my stay. I would have went somewhere else as I was there 1 week and wanted to be able to workout. There was holes in the curtains and they didn't close all the way, allowing light in when we were trying to sleep in. Stains all over the floor, cracks in the ceiling, and old sheets on the pull out bed. The breakfast was mid - same thing every day and the elevator smelled bad and sounded like it could break down any minute.

I had issues with my room key the whole entire stay. They out my room key at least 5 times. Instead of changing my room they having someone to come and try to open my door every single time.

Everything looks great

I was in the handicap accessible room. When I saw it was right across from the indoor pool, I expected it to be noisy. I was wrong! It was well insulated, and even though we knew there were kids playing there, we didn't hear a thing in our room. We were able to park right by our room and use the rear entrance accessed by our room key. The only issue I had was that both the ext hallway and pool doors would hang and not close properly unless forcibly shut. That is a safety issue that needs to be addressed. The bed was comfortable. However, the chair and sofa were much too low for me to use; I would not have been able to get up from them. The pneumatics on the desk chair did not work, so even though I raised it to a usable level, it gradually sank when I sat in it, making it necessary to have help getting up.

One end of the floor we were on was cut off with hanging plastic from use. With no work going on. Doors, key readers, water fountains were inoperable. The gym was closed. We asked for a blanket and pillow, we were told there was no extra because they were completely booked. The place is being poorly managed and maintained.
